Great location and great host who responded very promptly

the room promises a view of KLCC but there was none. the swimming facility needs to pay RM$20 per person. we thought it was inclusive. the carpark is super small that our starex had difficulty maneuvering inside. recommend to drive smaller car and only recommend this place due to location. In between KLCC and Pavilion

would be better if the host can provide few sachets of tea / coffee, sugar / creamer.

Good location

This apartment is quite a lowly maintained room especially spending almost RM5000. There were mould and dirt everywhere and no towel changes or bed sheet changes. Only one measly lousy pot that sticks to everything we cooked was provided. Not kids safe as the main table is one big u shaped glass. I would strongly discourage families from staying. U need to pay to use the swimming pool so was misleading on the pictures that the pool was included.

The apartment is quite near to KLCC walking distance @500m, plenty of shops and eateries. In this particular apartment, the view is not facing the famous KLCC towers, so it is not as described in the picture 😉 the host was very good and helpful in getting us a trolley with the 🧳 luggage 😀 and also carried our luggage 👍🏻

The parking lots are limited, especially at night 🌙 when tenants are back to the property and you have to park the car at different levels and walk 🚶‍♀️ to the lift lobby.

The host was very friendly, showing me the ways to specific locations, especially KLCC as I was booking this hotel for Comic Fiesta 2023. The place was very spacious also, as I was getting a minor upgrade which was very helpful. Definitely will be booking with them next year~

Nothing in particular, as we hardly could find any downsides with this particular hotel.
