The hosts were very friendly and attentive. They messaged the day before to agree time to collect keys and to show around the apartment and used the same process for check-out. Some minor issues were sorted very quickly and with no fuss from the hosts which was very welcome.
Security at the complex could be friendlier- but this didnt spoil my stay

Property rules are quite rigid. Check in time has to be before 7pm and checkout time has to be 12 noon. No place to store luggage after checkout.
There were ants on the dining table. Washing machine was dirty.

We had a good stay at this property. The staff (Mr. Imran Khan) was amazing helpful. The room is clean. Recommended.

The host free upgrade from 2bedroom to 3bedroom for us, is so great view on the night and is convenient location for whoever drive or walking distant to the mall.

No facial tissue provided.
There’s only one and a half roll off toilet tissue in the bathroom which is of kinda poor quality.

To use the swimming pool, I need to pay for RM10 per kid. Even the adult not use the swwimming pool but just sit beside to monitor the kids also have to pay RM10 to enter the pool side. This is the 1st time I pay for swimming pool entrance fee in condo/hotel/homestay.

The location is ideal. within walking distance to klcc and pavilion. the connector is just 200m away from the building.
Our stays was fabulous. I make some changes 2 days before my arrival. and in touch with Imran. He’s a super nice guys and gives us a lot of help. Will definitely come back again. strongly recommended.

the bedroom was nice and fully accessory manager was friendly also
to many cockroaches in the kitchen there and the tower very stincky also and the floor very dirty also

Tv doesnt have local Channel . Dryer was not available while we are staying there.

Was assign to wrong room.given room base on no. of px instead of rooms requested. Manage to get replacement room the nxt day on 3/9/22 but 1 of the single bed condition is bad till my girl have back ache.
Room of improvement especially the maintenance.
