A wonderful Villa in a wonderful location. The rooms were really good and each bedroom had its own bathroom and all the upstairs rooms had their own balcony. The villa's kitchen was functional and the villa was overall very clean. Our host Boris was really nice and helpful.

This villa is truly stunning, it was immaculate, with beautiful views . The owner boris will do anything to help , such a great man , he organised taxis,boat trips airport pick up .

Villa is fantastic, and host Boris went above and beyond to help us with whatever questions we had. The villa is obviously not a place where someone normally lives and is purposed for renting out, and is designed very neutrally because of it (which is great and not a negative just to be clear!). Kitchen has all the equipment you might need, and plentiful of it!

During our stay we had severe internet issues, but I categorize this as an issue with the internet provider and not the host. He did what we could to rectify the issue, which is all you can ask for! I also found the beds in our room a little on the hard side and perhaps not the most comfortable, but it could be more about me not being used to it. Would not hesitate to stay again because of it!

Wow, what a stay at Villa Maris. Boris was an exceptional host, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The location itself is stunning, a 25 minute walk downhill to the beach, or a 5 min taxi down to the front which cost 80-100kuna for 8 people. The journey from Split Airport was around 1hour 10mins. The views from the house are amazing! The house was unbelievable, exactly like the photos. It was very clean, modern, the pool was lovely and the kitchen equipment was fantastic for a group of 8 people. There were enough beach towels and sun beds for 5, lots of outdoor space including enough comfy chairs for everyone. Shower gel in the bathrooms was a nice extra too. Boris also left us some wine and a few welcome snacks which was a lovely touch. We have absolutely nothing we would change about our perfect stay & we would recommend for families, groups of friends and couples. Thanks Boris for a 10/10 holiday, we will certainly be back!!

The location of the villa was great. Within walking distance from the beach (about 1 km) and the center of Makarska (about. 2 km). The area is a very nice and quiet villa area and the villa is built so that the pool area also has privacy. The villa was cleanest than any of the villas we have rented before - not even the smallest fingerprint on glass surfaces. The kids loved the villa: they lived in the pool, playing billiards, playstation, smart tv with Netflix, etc. Kitchen was very well equipped (much better than average villas). We like to cook and it was easy as everything needed was available including sharp knives and proper skillets and saucepans. If you not so much in cooking there is a wonderful restaurant upper hillside (about 1,5 km) which has a pick-up service with a minibus. Parents loved the 5K morning jog, followed by a visit to the nearest grocery store to buy morning bread, a shower outside before the morning swim. What a way to start a day. The views to the sea and and mountains are great specially from the 2nd floor. Boris is a very nice host - he is really helpful and wants to take good care of your stay and enjoyment.
