The staff was extremely friendly and provided exceptional service. The bed was comfortable and the rooms have decent sizes. Everything was beyond our expectations. I will recommend this hotel to others.
Not really. One room's mini bar was not cool enough. One room entrance had a sensors light, did not know how to turn the function off. But these were all minor, which could be easily fixed by asking the staff. We just did not bother.

An excellent stay in Nanjing. Beautiful hotel with a lovely calligraphy academy atmosphere, in a perfect location by the Qinhuai River and Confucius Temple. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Special thanks to Kelly, Bella and Eva – warm, attentive and very professional, they made our holiday stay truly memorable. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again.

Amazing staff, amazing location, beautiful rooms.
Some of the aspects of the room were in need of some love and maintenance (marks or dents on wall, for example), but this was a very minor point.
