The location and the view are perfect! The terrace and balconies(from almost every room) give possibility to see the whole old city. The flat is huge, comfortable, provides all we needed for the long stay. Although the building is near big road, we heard no noise - the windows are very good. Nearby many good restaurants, Tbilisian sulfur baths, waterfall, botanical garden, casino, bus stop, metro 10-15 minutes walk and many other attraction. Will definitely try to book again even if coming only 2 of us :) Many thanks to Tamar. She explained us everything we need to know about surrounding
Nothing, it was really perfect

Penthouse 401 is absolutely fantastic. Brilliant location with stunning views. Superbly equipped and spotlessly clean. Could not have asked for more! Tamara, the host, was so helpful and clearly cares about her guests.
