In centro unique rooms

The property is top

To laud, because it is located in top centre

I really enjoyed my stay. The room is beautifully decorated, very clean, spacious and with high ceilings. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, on the main street with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. There are several bus stops just about 7 mins away, which was very convenient. Being on the main street does mean there can be quite a bit of street noise, but that’s the price for the location, personally it didn’t bother me. I also really liked the code entrance, so much easier than having to carry around a key. Communication with Sonia was great as well, she was always easy to reach on whatsapp and very helpful.

Nothing

Everything! The wonderful person who is running his business thinks about every single detail. Sonia (the owner) was super informative, (helped us with parking and how to explore Olbia), the stay was super clean and comfy, always with fresh water and sweets when we came back in the evening, our apartment was cleaned everyday. The rooftop balcony was nice, with amazing sunsets. The location was awesome, the main city street, but walls have excellent sound proof insulation, we barely heard anything from outside, even there are light street performances and bar music.
