The beds were so comfy. The staff was super helpful & friendly! Shout out to Freddy! 🗽⭐️ He helped us find some great spots to eat. Great vibes. Great tips for the city life! Overall a great time in the Big Apple!

Wish our view was a bit better. That we could see more of the city outside of our window. But it was still okay because it was such a great location walking wise.

Even though the size of the room was absolutely OK for New York, I felt quite « tight », I could use a bit more fresh air The heater/airco system is very loud and tends to be warm and cold at the same time Even on a very high floor you hear the sounds from the street very well

The hotel is very good! The room is a little small, no desk, or kind of a mini one. Anyways, it was very clean and the vibe was great! They let us check in earlier and the location is absolutely perfect. They have free coffee in the morning, unlimited water, coffee machine in the room, there was a day where they gave us free cookies! Overall great experience.

Really cute hotel with a great central location. Rooms are not big but you are in NYC and the amenities were great. Beds were comfy and we had everything we could need. We will definitely stay there again.

Excelente ubicacion ,muy cercano times square , a una cuadra del metro Penn Station , a media cuadra de un excelente supermercado que vende variadas comidas donde es posible proveerse de todo . Excelente pizzeria cercana y en novena avenida dos cuadras de restaurantes . Tiene cafe y te de libre disposicion lo que se agradece en una ciudad tan cara y con clima frio cuando fuimos . Personal habla perfecto español y es muy amable , disponible a solucionar todo.

Small but hey it’s NYC. Exceptional use of every inch. Nice slide out drawer under bed for luggage. The most comfortable bed and bedding I’ve ever slept in. Like sleeping on a cloud. The perfect little quiet nest to return to after a day in the big noisy city.

A very clean room with modern fixtures. Coffee, tea, and cable TV were available. Hotel was centrally located. Friendly and helpful staff. Was impressed that I could rent a bicycle or even bring a dog there.

I would have been OK with fewer mirrors. But thats just my personal hangup; not a big deal at all.

The room decor and details were adorable! The artsy bathroom sink, pineapple mugs AND robes were the perfect details.

My only real complaint is lack of refrigerator! I had drinks and food I definitely wanted to store being my birthday weekend and couldn’t.

Excelente ubicación, te dan agua ilimitada, galletas y snacks, a 50 pasos de la estación del metro, todo super recomendable y cerca de cadenas de comida caminando llegas a muchos sitios turísticos.

Location is a but seedy at night for solo traveler, not many places to eat dinner.

Absolutely wonderful staff ... very welcoming ! Rooms were clean, bright, well outfitted.

Possibly some more dresser or shelf room for clothes.

The location was great. The bedding was excellent. We loved the unlimited bottles of water and coffee. Shower had hot water and good water pressure.

Great location. Only a few blocks from Penn Station and a few blocks from Times Square. It's on a quiet side street but with other properties on the same street, therefore very safe.

Great location. The beds are fantastic, so comfy and the option of a family room was great. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are pretty small. But once we got unpacked it was fine.

O atendimento é 10. Todas as demandas foram atendidas e o pessoal é muito atencioso e simpático. Havia água e café à vontade, ofereceram um snack de boas vindas, as toalhas eram grandes e felpudas. Havia shampoo, condicionador e sabão líquido para as mãos e o corpo, bem como creme para o corpo em dispositivos recarregáveis.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas havia muitos mendigos e pessoas drogadas nas imediações. A cama é enorme e muito confortável, mas ocupa o quarto todo e não há espaço para circulação.

The hotel was incredible, but location is not good

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of midtown! The room was clean and compact but very well designed to maximise the space. Reception staff were very good, helpful and friendly and did their best to manage what was, I imagine, for them a pretty big issue. The hotel suffered a major IT outage during our stay so there was no internet in the room and the infotainment centre was inoperative throughout. It wasn't the end of the world and they offered us a partial refund when we checked out.

Nearby good attractions but location itself was not amazing. Felt a bit unsafe at night. Also there was construction going on right outside the hotel which made finding it and unloading luggage etc very convenient. The room itself was tiny. I’ve never stayed in such a small room before, and combined with lack of amenities I really did not feel the price of the room was justified whatsoever - it was super overpriced. It’s a cute hotel but be aware that it is a budget hotel and not as comfortable as many of the other Manhattan hotels.
