The noise from our next door room was incredibly loud given we were in a joining room!!! We called reception 3* times. I have never done this before!

The location was a walking distance to hudson yard, quiet area and the view from the rooms is nice. Very clean and modern rooms.

The walls are really thin you can hear everything from the other rooms. First of all i had to change my room upon arrival as i was provided with a connecting room, and the noise was unbearable with girls having a party inside. The receptionist apologized and gave us a room on a higher floor. Later on i woke up at 3 am as someone decided to play loud music! Again had to call the front desk and they immediately sent security.

the price. just because you can increase the price doesn’t mean you need to. I stay every yr same hotel. 2021 $15 increase 2022 $30 decrease 2023 back to $2021 price 2024 $300 increase. that’s gonna force me to stay somewhere else.

The property is new and very clean. There is a decent restaurant on site with a great breakfast offering also. Staff was polite, kind and knowledgeable

What I didn’t like about the property was the manager on duty’s attitude. I had to extend my stay by one night, after staying for 6 nights, and I asked at the front desk and was told the rate for the extra night was $750 after paying $260! She then proceeded to tell me she would extend a discount and the room would be $500 a night! I declined and moved to another hotel in the same area for $189. The front desk staff including the manager on duty allowed a Marriott rewards member to walk…. I will definitely think twice about staying at this property again. Clearly they haven’t been trained in customer service and customer retention.

I didnt get breakfast. I liked the cleanliness and the lovely lady who accommodated my request at check in.

When we checked in, the staff was not friendly, especially a red head girl and a guy with long nails who seemed annoyed about any of our questions or requests. They were cold and not helpful.The day after the staff at the front desk was way more friendly.

Brand new but it will be same worn hotel like all hotels in the city. It’s aging has already begun. And hairs others people hairs as usual.

I loved the hotel. So clean and so spacious for NYC. I wouldn't even think twice about staying here again. It was wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like was that there were no subway stations near by except Penn station which was 8 minutes away walking. But the bus was near which was a good substitute.

Breakfast was good, the location was central, yet very quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel was on the very expensive side.

Nous sommes partis sur les dates du 29 décembre 2023 au 01 Janvier 2024. Concernant nos points de mécontentements, ils sont de plusieurs. - Nous avons effectué la réservation 6 mois en avance et lorsque nous sommes arrivés le matin, il nous a été proposé une chambre au 2ème étage avec une vue sur une arrière cour intérieure alors que sur la réservation, Booking spécifiait bien vue sur ville - Nous sommes partis aussitôt à la réception pour annoncer notre mécontentement auprès du superviseur de la réception. Il n'a pas du tout voulu nous venir en aide et nous a seulement proposé de payer en plus pour une meilleure chambre. - Nous avons refusé. De ce fait, il nous a demandé d'attendre 17h pour effectuer un deuxième checking pour nous octroyer, si place il y avait, une chambre en étage supérieur et vue sur ville. Lorsque nous sommes revenu à 17h pile, il n'était plus et n'a laissé AUCUNE traces ou commentaires à ses collègues. Nous avons eu une deuxième fois la chambre 202 !!! - Une fois dans la chambre, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de rideau de douche, que le mini bar était vide et qu'il n'y avait pas non plus d'eau à disposition. Nous l'avons signalé et nous avons eu uniquement le rideau !!! - Enfin concernant les valises que nous avons laissé au lobby, lorsque nous souhaitons les récupérer, on nous demande de les repérer nous même. Il y a donc un manque cruel de sécurité et de service

the location is very convenient, we literally can just walk around in New York City very easily.

some of the staffs are not very friendly, especially the one called Mary in the reception. she seems very impatient when I tried to clarify something with her. And I have found that apparently if I booked with my Marriot Bonvoy membership it was the same price. But now because I am using Booking.com I was not able to claim my 8 night stays in my membership. So I don't see any reason I booked via Booking.com. The shower cubicle has smell. And in my booking, somehow the surname was incorrect.

The location was great

There was a lot wrong with our room. It was bland and basic, the lighting was poor both the electric lights and the natural light (of which there was very little) and the noise carried, not great on New Years Eve! There was never enough towels or pillows despite the hotel knowing how many guests were staying and everyday when we returned after 5pm, the room had still not been cleaned - we complained and the staff were dismissive, they made our request feel like an inconvenience- their explanation - it was more important to turn the rooms around for new guests than to service in house guests - not a great attitude! Certainly one they should probably have kept to themself. Also our view was of the hotels inner workings - not the great city view the pictures lead you to believe !

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The location was near Hudson Yards. Nice quaint coffee shops around. We traveled with kids. The hotel worked for us.
