The hosts have thought of every eventuality to help create a home from home. Little spares for emergencies were on hand and endless coffee options to keep caffeine addicts like me very happy!

The property is just amazing comfortable stylish and has everything and more the owners have furnished it with quality products furnishings and it is exceptionally clean.

A beautiful apartment that is really well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Everything you might need was there and the welcome gift of Prosecco and chocolates was a lovely touch.

The synthetic smelling air fresheners everywhere were really overpowering and my husband is allergic to them. The hosts said we should have told them of his allergy but we’ve never come across this problem before. Even the bed linen smelt strongly and my husband had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge. In the morning I got a message asking if we were ok because their sensor in the lounge detected movement all night. I found that really spooky and again have never come across this before. Also we were asked for a deposit before our stay which is really unusual. A real shame that there were these issues as it is a lovely apartment in a great location.

Parking, though available (paid) in local streets, was a problem. We had to move the car every so often and it became a bit of a chore. It would be great if the property could issue the guests with a parking permit though of course that might not be possible. Anyway, it is something to bear in mind.

Very well appointed and clean. Fully equipped home with a generously sized kitchen and living area. Good sized rooms for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Stairs were a little tricky to negotiate with our luggage as we arrived on a wet day.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location was perfect, it's very close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. The kids loved it so much, they didn't want to go home. Debbie and Peter were wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend this property

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Towels were soft and fluffy, bed linens were crisp and white and the beds super comfortable! Fantastic shower as well. Everything you could need was included. The apartment was in a quiet street right near the front, everything within walking distance. Debbie and Peter were the perfect hosts checking in to make sure you are ok, thankyou for the prosecco and chocs! We are looking forward to returning soon!

Communication prior to check-in was timely, professional, and informative, giving us all the information relevant to our stay, such as damage deposit payment instructions and details about anything we might need in relation to parking, WiFi, etc. Whenever we contacted the owners via the platform with queries or requests in the run up to check-in, they were responsive within 24 hours or less. Finding the property and collecting the keys from the lockbox was a breeze, as well as understanding the locking mechanism required to feel safe and secure. Felt at home the moment we stepped in. Property was clean, homely, warm, and very welcoming. Tastefully furnished with a modern bathroom that has buttons on the shower and tap with an open spout (never seen these before!) Everything was found as expected - and more! There were nice welcome gifts, a folder full of handy house rules in case of more questions, and an emergency box of supplies should you need a razor or toothbrush. Couple of hours after checking in mid-afternoon, we received a call from the owner checking that everything was okay and that we could easily reach them during our stay if needed. We were in Brighton for only a couple of nights so didn't really need anything except more time in this lovely apartment! No matter what time it was, the atmosphere in the apartment was cosy, quiet, and private; even while sitting outside on the garden furniture. The neighbourhood at all times of day was pleasant, quiet, and trouble-free. Only takes 15 minutes to leisurely stroll from the apartment to the Brighton city centre, and the beach was just down the road. Couldn't think of a better way to rest and relax after trekking around Brighton! Thank you so much for entrusting us with your apartment and giving us such a pleasant experience! The owners know what they are doing, demonstrate this well, and would make selecting another apartment very difficult. Would rebook Olive Tree again without hesitation!

Nicely presented throughout - they really had thought of everything! Couldn’t fault anything. Perfectly situated on a lovely street in Hove - a short walk into Brighton and lots of lovely places to visit, shop and eat in Hove too. Parking was easy enough to find and the meter is outside the property.
