Good location, price was fair. Easy to get public transport.

Not clean. Skirting board around the room was covered in dust. Welcome book was sticky and had coffee mug marks on. Shower is mouldy. Silver fish in the bottom of the shower. Bin in bathroom not cleaned. Under the bed not hoovered. No photos of our room on the website, so our expectations were very high, and our room was smaller than shown.

Reserve unas semanas antes y el día que llegue hizecel cheking rápido y me fui a pasear .Al llegar a la noche fue cuando al entrar a la habitación me di cuenta de el holorca suciedad y cañerías.Al entrar al baño me fijé que la ducha estaba llena de pelos,la escobilla del baño llena de excrementos ,de hacía tiempo,junto a una tela de araña.En la ducha habia un moco pegado humedades.Como extra la moqueta vieja y sucia ,colchón viejo y blando .Pase una noche horrible puesto que en recepción no había nadie y a la mañana siguiente la mujer decrecepcion me asumio que no habian limpiado.En ese momento me ofreció otra habitación ,la cual me mostró y tenía que limpiar tambien ,así que en ese momento y disgustado lo unico que queria era salir de allí.Sin duda pésimo y el lugar decrépito,les aseguro que hay mejores lugares por el mismo precio.Horrible experiencia y trato .Ahh se niegan a reembolsarle aunque asuman que no limpiaron excusando que me ofrecieron otra habitación.Pesimo!

Convenient location close to both the beach and Hove station. Great for an overnight stopover.

The building isn’t well soundproofed, so we had a fair amount of noise from other guests in their rooms or coming and going from the house. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and the shower in the en suite was extremely small and didn’t drain properly. We were only there for one night so it was manageable, but we’d hesitate to book again for a longer trip.

The shower was so small you could hardly shower, you had to squeeze past the toilet to get in. Tiny space no room to dry yourself. The bed was sleeping on springs very uncomfortable, no hair dryer. Never sighted any staff. Very Old.

Good location for public transport with easy access into the property

In the night people kept knocking on and attempting to open the doors or just generally being loud which is to no fault of the property owners

Bedroom was nicely decorated and spacious. Owner communicated well about check in times.

The building and rooms are a little dated and I wouldn’t pay that price to stay again but we did book last minute.

Good location near the beach and close to lots of interesting coffee shops and bakeries.

Shower took a while to get to the right temperature but this was only a minor thing.

The property was in a good location It was clean , a comfortable bed , friendly staff . it had everything you need , good value for money .
