The apartment is nice, clean and well appointed. A little delay on the check-in, but Alexandrine was very nice and helpful once there. The location is good and the unit is very quiet, despite being on a somewhat busy street. Nice restaurants around including a wonderful cafe with great coffee and the L'Oufrier (chain breakfast but very good and great service) directly underneath. The neighborhood is very convenient to the Metro and other city destination.

Our stay at this beautiful place started with a warm welcome from the host. She is one of those people you can tell cares about the experience of her guests. She went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. As short as it was (Sat-Mon) I felt like I was in Montreal for a whole week and I believe it was because of the location, being able to walk just a block down to Sainte-catherine and a block up the street to various cozy hidden gem restaurants truly made us feel like we were in the heart of the city. Thank you for an amazing experience and hosting us. I am looking forward to my next stay, and I wish you all the best. 🙏

We had a great time here. The neighborhood is cute, lots of stuff close by. It is a city, so there were quite a few people asking for money near the apartment, but would stay here again!

Our family loved our stay at the apartment. It was spacious, clean, and had so many great features. Lots of space to relax and spend time together and nice bedrooms. The apartment was stocked with dishes, cookware, bed linens, plenty of pillows and blankets, towels, etc. There were some really nice touches as well: a basket of snacks, hair dryer, tea, espresso machine, and several condiments, and more. There is a delicious restaurant just downstairs from the apartment that serves an amazing breakfast! Close to the train... from which you can get just about anywhere in the city. A couple of things to be aware of if you are traveling with small children or older people...There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment as it is on the 3rd floor, and there is a lot of glass in the apartment (dining table and accent tables). Overall just great and no complaints. The host was friendly and respinsice. Excellent place, wonderful stay.

We stayed 8 nights at the VRBO. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is very central - restaurants, shops, metro are all very close. The property manager was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This VRBO definitely felt like a home-away-from-home. Should we return to Montreal we would definitely book again.

Host is very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is close to everything. You feel very much like a local staying here. In the heart of it all, yet tucked away when you are ready to relax. The bedrooms are in the back of the unit and face an alley. You do not hear any noise. Extremely quite and peaceful.

The stay at this rental was simply wonderful from beginning to end. The host was very accommodating and gave us tips for the stay. If we ever come back to Montreal, we will definitely book here.

I have nothing but positive remarks to make about Richard's apartment. The location is spectacular, a few hundred steps to both major metro lines, convenient grocery, great restaurants and the best breakfast place in Montréal on one side and a fantastic espresso shop on the other. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed, comfortable and lovely. 5+ stars!

Spacious, well located and very comfortable! We really enjoyed this condo and have already referred several people to book it! The beds are comfortable, which is a big deal for me because I don’t usually sleep well away from home! The condo is well equipped with everything you need and there are grocery stores, SAQ, cafés and restaurants all within walking distance! I stay in montreal once a month and will definitely book this place again!

The property is beautiful and had everything we needed, including up-to-date and well functioning appliances, TV and entertainment options (streaming services and DVDs), and even snacks! The bedrooms were more than sufficient for our family (parents and two boys). And the location is terrific. There are so many dining options nearby, including the breakfast joint next door where we ate each morning and the terrific coffee shop -- also next door -- where we got our caffeine fix. Also within close proximity is a subway station that connects to major parts of the city. The hosts were just as amazing. The made sure the place was clean upon arrival and well stocked with all supplies. But they went above and beyond by welcoming us with a bottle of wine, giving us delicious pastries, and giving us directions and suggestions for where to buy toboggans -- making for a fun-filled night of sledding at Parc-Jean Drapeau! We would definitely stay here again!

...having spent some time in the summer and spring in past years. This apartment was perfect, and satisfied our major requirements: cleanliness, quiet and comfortable beds. It was also well stocked with dishes and utensils. We learned to travel the city on foot and via Metro- the location is minutes from the major metro hub, and very near a major grocery store, vieux Montreal, Quartier de Spectacles, Quartier Latin, Chinatown and much more. Alexandrine was an accessible and helpful host. I couldn't imagine a better place from which to take advantage of all that Montreal has to offer.

Check in process was easy, welcoming host. Living room is spacious to help relax along with the duo shower and bathtub. Convenient location, plenty of metered street parking when we stayed.

The host was wonderful and the apartment was stocked with so many goodies and items to really make you feel like home. And it’s super convenient to public transportation and a grocery store. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

A very well located property, in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars, etc... The host was so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation and recommend to everyone staying in Montreal!

The apartment was clean, well furnished, quiet, and had everything we needed for our family vacation to Montreal. The hosts were helpful and accommodating. The apartment was well located, close to the metro, and an easy walk to downtown. Thanks Alexandrine and Richard for a wonderful week!

Alexandrine & Richard have 2 beautiful units above a wonderful breakfast/lunch spot that literally saved us on more than one occasion! We stayed in the larger unit on the upper floor and it was clean, wonderfully updated and beautiful. They greeted us with warm smiles, had wine waiting for us and dishes filled with all the kids' favorite candies! Rue St Catherine (around the corner and closed to traffic) has loads of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and shops and...Starbucks & A&W when we just needed something fast. Wonderful access to 2 metró stations and a 10 minute walk or quick Uber to Vieux Port. We had a little trouble with our internet and Alexandrine ran a brand new Google router and extenders over immediately and when we offered to set up, she was so grateful, she brought champagne, ice cream bars and paid for our parking space...then proceeded to pay for our breakfast downstairs one morning. Additionally, I forgot something at home and needed to have something overnighted...Alex received it for me and ran it over to the apartment immediately. Really...the most attentive, sweet couple! I will say, since you do tend to walk a lot in Montrèal, there are two full flights of stairs to climb to get to the apartment so after a long day of sightseeing, be prepared for that 🤣 Roof terrace is shared with unit below and there are visible fireworks at least once a week in the Summer. All in all, a wonderful stay! Our third time to Montrèal... can't wait for the next! Lora, Nghi & family Connecticut
