Location is the best. It was clean and it was easy to check in. Property owner is accommodating and lovely.

Would have liked to have a broom or small vacuum in the property to clean the place. And a non-shedding blanket as the blue blanket provided, while cozy and warm, was shedding and sticking to our clothes.

Location was good for the shops and bars , apartment was comfortable.

I was not very happy that I was not informed about the pool being closed,as that was the main reason I picked there ,if I'd had known I would of booked something else,and also it shouldn't advertise a balcony it's only 30cm wide you couldn't sit out on it! You've misslead people with the description of the apartment.

Excellent location. Great value. Clean and comfortable. Host replied to any questions quickly. Laundry facility in building on the 40th floor. Convenience store on ground level next to property. Hair dryer and USB outlet in room. Extra garbage bags in the drawer. Across the street, walking distance to Shangri La mall.

Not much we didn’t like, except the occasional dog barking down the hall. Maybe an extra toilet paper roll would’ve been great. There were a couple things in the fridge when we got there so I left them there untouched.

Good location, soft bed, spacious condo, good pricing. Pool is also good.

No room cleaning included as I was staying 2 weeks. No mop and also no toilet brush present; this would be an improvement if present.

No breakfast included. The room had all we needed to make ourselves comfortable. Really enjoyed the large screen TV and access to Netflix.

The location . It was across another hotel and a mega mall with restaurants , laundry, supermarket, pharmacy .

Lack of decent shower...hot water only comes out in a trickle, waiting times for lifts is often frustrating especially since they have other lifts they could direct to the floors needed, cockroaches in the bathroom often

It’s an Airbnb unit in a condo with good security and very confusing elevators but comfortable stay. fitness center is very basic as with most condos. i didn’t use the kitchen equipment but there are basic items and there was drinking free water to use which was appreciated. bed was comfortable and communication with the host was wonderful and easy.

Personally don’t like white lighting and that was the main light in the room. there is no cooking stove but an induction plate, so it’s basic - I didn’t mind it as I ate outside. there are no plug points beside the bed. The bathroom didn’t have proper shelves or place to put your toiletteries in. For the price, a fully serviced hotel would have been better.

It is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for us and the unit is spacious enough for the two of us. The balcony is a perfect addition with a lovely view especially at night

There is no teaspoons and chopping board. There is also no proper plate for eating, it’s either a big bowl or an oval plate. Minor things for us
