The location was perfect, on the beach and tucked away. It was very quiet and the staff were always helpful. The air conditioning worked so well, our room was cold, exactly how we like it!
We had a trail of ants that kept getting in and dragging sand along the front of the room.

The resort was great, our room was perfect, spacious & clean. The staff were very accommodating & helpful. The hotel was well situated for all the boat tours, being just a short beach walk away from the area where the boats left from - very convenient. The sunset views are great!
The beach was not great in front of the hotel. You have to travel to other beaches. And the entrance alley way to the hotel has an open sewer running along it which doesn’t smell great as you approach the hotel from the road.

The rooms are beautiful.
The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and professional.
The situation is just a few minutes to the city center by tuk tuk (150 pesos).
We had booked the sea view room which was nice but it would be nice to cut the trees a little so we can actually have a view ;)
It would be nice to have some sun loungers on the beach like other hotels do.

We stayed at a double room with garden view. The beach front view is really good
Going to the property from street level, there are two flights of wooden stairs leading to the property
level. On the way to the property, there is an open sewer which stank. At night I've seen cat-sized rat roaming the property!
We opted for a double room with garden view at €144/night. One would be forgiven to assume that at this price point
breakfast would be free. For us, it was not. Disappointing to say the least

"Wunderbarer Aufenthalt direkt am Meer. Alles genau wie auf den Fotos. Extrem sauber. Leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir konnten sogar unsere Kleider zum Waschen abgeben.
