There was always something missing or out of order for breakfast

The check-in was smooth. Front desk personnel was friendly and professional. We stayed for six nights during which the room was thoroughly cleaned once and trash taken out daily. Room did not feel cramped. We are two and both our large suitcases could lay open. The lobby was chic and stylish, equipped with a DJ booth, a bar, a restaurant, and a terrace. Location is two metro stops away from Shinsaibashi. One night I stayed out drinking in Namba/Shinsaibashi area past midnight when metro service was not available. I walked back to the hotel in about 30 mins.

部屋の清掃が行き届いていた点と部屋に設置していたものがしっかりとしていた。 ロビーのソファや植物は丁寧に育てられていてすごくよかった。 朝食のみの利用のつもりでしたが、ルームサービスでピザの注文ができて出来立てで窯焼きピザでとんでもなく美味しかったです。朝ご飯では、レモンドレッシングがとても美味しくて、どこのを使ってるのか、もしくは作ってくださっているのか分からないがおかわりしてしまうほど美味しかったです。

よくないまではいかないですが、エレベーターの使い方がいまいち？なんとなく分かりにくかったなと感じました。 二つあったのですが、ロビーから自分の部屋に向かおうと思った際、「押された階には止まりません」とアナウンスがあり、そのままエレベーターに乗っていたら一度客室で待っている他のお客さんが待っている階まで登ってから下に降りていく感じで使いにくいなと感じました。 階段の設置もなかったのでエレベーターが混雑している時は少し難しいなと感じました。 サービスは最高によかったです。

The staff at front desk were courteous and kind. The room was well cleaned and relatively roomy. And the supermarket is right next door. It is only a few train stops away from Dotonbori. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay at the hotel again if we're in town.
