Vermieter war sehr hilfreich und entgegenkommend. Super Lage, mitten im Ort, aber ruhig, mit Hafen u d Mmerblick vom Balkon. Pool ist da.und gut zu nutzen. Wohnung sehr geräumig umd modern. Und dich gemütlich. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küche....

Perfect location overlooking the ocean. The house is well equipped and furnished with everything you need for your stay. It was absolutely clean and recently renovated. We did not find any water/bug/humidity problems in the house (opposed to what was stated in some earlier reviews). Communication with the host was easy and clear. Parking is onsite that is a big plus.

A good location overlooking the marina and a 5 minute wak to the beach and also easy walk to bus station, supermarket and the historic town centre. The apartment was very comfortable and modern inside with a nice private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The pool is fairly small but our teen children still enjoyed taking a dip in it to cool down after a day's sightseeing.

The outside of the building does not look as clean and modern as the apartment itself.

The Condo was very convenient within Vila Franca do Campo and the entire island of Sao Miguel. It was clean, full of all necessary items, and felt like home. Grab this deal as soon as you can. Thanks Andre!!! Hopefully we will be back within the next few years. -David & Beth

location, size and very complete

needs some repairs due to water infiltration by the floor… not easy to do since it’s a construction problem

There was a nice balcony. 2 bedrooms, excellent wifi and just a few steps away from the town and beach. Perfect stay for 3 friends for one week. We also liked the private parking.

Very nice apartment for family. There was everything you can need: dishwasher, washing machine, detergents, shampoo, iron, hair dryer and etc. There is everything for food making in the kitchen. Very good place for exploring the island. We liked everything :)

maybe the bed mattresses were very hard :)
