The place was really nice. Newly done over! We were very inpressed. It has all the appliances we need, even an ice maker.Close to the sea and safe for kids. Kenwyn on sea is great for parents with small kids.

It was very hot with no aircon was quite disappointing. The vans just dont do it. We had a few sleepless nights due to the heat. The cleaner dis not come in on the tuesday wich was a holiday even after I asked on purpose wich days the cleaner will be there, I was told everyday accept on a sunday.. The cleaner leaves the dishes that is washed on the drip tray for us to pack away and also the washed dishwasher that is finished washing... This was a first for me. She was also not really friendly. The cutlery is a bit hinned out.

The location is good,

The apartment was not clean, bedding had marks and sheets not smelling good. Toilet in the main bedroom not flushing good, slow to say.

The location was convenient. It was close to the shopping centre and activity hub so we didnt have to travel long distances for essentials or restaurants etc. The beach was quite literally in the back yard, waking up to a view of the ocean was amazing. The accomadation was also large and comfortable and accomodated us fairly well.

First, the mat in the lounge was very filthy, we didn't want to step on it without our shoes. Also, the en suite bathroom had a pungent urine odour when we arrived. Last but certainly not least the bed bugs. Most of us had strange bites in linear patterns, we assumed them to be mosquito bites but after further research found them to be bed bug bites.

The view was excellent.

The fact that the information booklet was under the television which we only found the day before our departure. When on holiday you dont really watch television, you are there to explore the new surroundings and do different things you would not find in your hometown. If the booklet was on the dining room table, upon our arrival or when we sat down to eat our first holiday meal together, we would have done so much more in Durban.

Most comfortable home i have ever been to, the beach is literally a minute away. Everything was convenient for us. I love the location definitely going to visit once again ☺

The fact that we have to drop off keys at the shell garage. Changes need to be made.
