We had a lovely stay on the property. Parking was way easier than anticipated. The unit has a nice lanai for drying out swimwear and having a relaxed breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable. Mike was super communicative. Would certainly stay here again!

Communication was excellent. The condo was clean and updated. Lots of nice touches such as a microwave, mini-fridge, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella, map of the island with beaches, and makeup towel. Loved the lanai with the table, chairs, and couch. The lanai also had latticework and pull-down shades for privacy. The location in Princeville was great, though you could hear traffic from one of the main roads a block away.

We had a wonderful time exploring Princeville and other towns in Kauai. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition, and frequently in use by other condo residents.

This is a wonderful condo that is close to Hanalei with a nice pool and jacuzzi. It has 2 folding chairs you can take to the beach and a large beach umbrella. There's a microwave, toaster, and a mini fridge with a freezer. There's also a large fan in the bathroom closet, along with a mounted fan on the ceiling that goes to a roof exhaust vent along with a small powered A/C unit. The lanai and condo both have ceiling fans with remotes. There are plenty of outlets to plug in and charge your electronic devices. There are plenty of towels and washcloths for 2 people. Theres a large bed for 2 people (my only real complaint was that the mattress was a little bit lumpy). There's a parking pass for your rear view mirror. Parking can be a bit tricky with most spaces reseved but there are always some free spots in the larger parking lot. Mike was very helpful and polite answering my questions. Condo was very well stocked. Rice maker, coffee maker, plenty of dishes and utensils. The daily rental price was also very reasonable! Be aware there is no stove/cooktop (but that's to be expected in a smaller condo). This condo is on the 2nd floor. I can recommend this condo without hesitation!

Great getaway location, although remote in relation to the rest of the island. Minor quibble: all the units look alike and took a while to find my condo. Directions to the specific unit would have been helpful. Thanks, it was a great stay.

This place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. It exceeded the expectations I had from the photos which is rare in my experience with rental properties. Mike does an awesome job at providing the little details that make the stay convenient for guests: beach chairs, mini coolers, and beach towels are clean and ready for guest use. Our stay was a mix of hiking, sightseeing, and hanging by the pool and I feel that this property was perfect for all of the above!

Great place to stay! It was simple but had everything we needed. There are beach chairs, and a couple of small coolers to use and it was very nice. Having AC was a big plus too!

This clean and comfortable studio had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is perfect for exploring the north shore of Kaua’i and the beach gear that was provided (nice chairs, cooler, umbrella, and towels) made all of our beach time top notch! The property and grounds are well maintained, safe, and quiet. Parking was easy and never more than a short walk to the studio. We would happily stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Kaua’i!

This is a beautiful property! It is well kept, clean, and perfect for a Hawaii vacation. The manager is friendly and he keeps you informed. It is reasonably priced for expen$ive Kauai. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value and location. Clean accommidations for running around all day. Great communication and ease of parking and checking in. We appreciated notice when room was ready. This is a condo where people live so neighbors are rather vocal below. Perfect for our 2 nights. Outdoor terrace was lovely but again, neighbors windows were right there so you can hear very clearly. Pool and hottub were lovely.

First let me say that Mike is an excellent host. Very communicative and helpful. I got a little disoriented upon my arrival as it was dark and I couldn’t see the unit numbers - he called me right away to ensure I was able to find my way! The space is clean, cozy, and spacious. For me, a clean bathroom/shower is key and this unit did not disappoint. Location is super convenient as there is a Foodland nearby and I was only 10 minutes from the wedding I attended and 15 minutes from Hanalei Bay! 10/10 would stay again and recommend to a friend! Thank you!

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. Located in the heart of Princeville close to shops and groceries. Mike was very responsive and provided easy check in instructions. Would recommend this unit as the neighborhood was nice and quiet!

Great little studio! the tall ceilings make the space feel bigger and airy. The lanai is also great and spacious. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. You can hear the neighbors in the evening but all quiet and peaceful at night.

Great location in Princeville to shopping and food. Room was perfect for what we needed and very clean. All of the essentials were included and extras we were not expecting like beach chairs and coolers. Host was very responsive and handled any issues we had very quickly. Only wish was that there was beach access within walking distance to the location.

This property was in a great location. Less than a mile from shopping, restaurants and grocery store. A little outdated in the bathroom area but not overpriced for the unit. Manager responded to texts if there were questions. We even got to check in early which helped since it was pouring rain when we arrived.

Nice but a little noisy with close neighbors.
