Was very convenient to town. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would not be suitable for anyone that would struggle with stairs.

This place worked well for us for the Blues & Brews festival. Good thing I am agile (and small enough) to get up/down the very narrow and steep spiral staircase down to the second bedroom. My travel buddy (nor his suitcase) could negotiate those stairs. Not sure I noticed the spiral staircase on the listing. Just something to know ahead of time.

Property worked well for our short stay. Parked our vehicle and walked or used shuttle to get around Telluride. Owner very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Came for the weekend to run the Imogene Pass Run. Was a great location to walk and access everything in town. Grocery store was very close. Nice that a garage parking space was provided. Able to cook all meals in the condo with all needed amenities. Easy communication with host.

The apartment is well maintained and has nice amenities. The unit is on two floors, but you can only access from the top floor even though there’s a door on the second and the spiral staircase is really compact. The access code to the garage was not in the instructions, but the property manager responded rapidly. The location is fairly west of downtown, but the walk along the path by the creek is relaxing.

Condo was easy to get to with wonderful cross ventilation to let the crisp Mountain air through. The condo is on the edge of town but we walked everywhere. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped and we had coffee and melon before setting off each day. The beds were comfortable. We used the garage but there is a parking lot close. Would definitely stay here again.

Myself and some friends were hitting the Jeep trails for the weekend and I'm happy I found this place. Easy to check in and out, very clean and comfortable and extremely convenient to downtown. Highly recommended!

We are big fans of Lulu City. Condo was as advertised, but we did not love the spiral staircase (as one of us had a recently injured knee). Owners very responsive. Kiddo really enjoyed the pool.

I loved the location, my morning walks were spent along the river. The galloping goose (Telluride shuttle) was very handy. We were able to go up and down the steep spiral stairs but if you have elderly guests, or very young children- I’m not sure I would recommend this place for them.

Loved the location right on the edge of town, but very walkable to everything in town. We were unable to get into the garage to park as we could not find the code in the welcome book which was unfortunate. Everything else was great and we would stay again when we return.

This house has everything you need and in a very convenient location. The beds and linens are excellent!! The garage is a great added benefit to park your car for your stay! The kids really enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again.

Great kitchen supplies and thankfully more than your average one toilet roll etc . Very nice stay with plenty of room . Teenagers down stairs sith own bathroom snd plenty of space for 6 of us . . Only a 2 min walk to lift 7 and 5 min to a loverly supermarket . Communication was seamless . Hot tub snd pool well utilised . Highly recommended

Good location if you are skiing and take lift 7- short walk. At edge of town and about a 15 min walk to shops and center of town. Shuttle stops just outside and lovely walking trail along river just steps from condo. Large room downstairs with king bed, and twin trundle’s, and separate full bath. Upstairs has living area, kitchen bathroom and bedroom with queen bed. Great for families. 4th floor walk up with ski locker upstairs. Great stay!

A group of friends stayed for 6 nights to enjoy the Telluride Film Festival and found the accommodations to be quite nice. We quickly got used to the stairs, found the kitchen useful with everything needed (yay, sharp knives!) and the hot tub great. A bike helped getting around but most of the group walked without great issue. Clean and comfortable!

We enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the pool being closed for most of the visit. The place was very comfortable for two couples.

Excellent condo, great location.... the only frustrating thing was that the cable on TV would drop about every 45 seconds and then pop back on. TV seemed to be fine but anytime we tried to watch cable it would continuously drop! Also you might want to check the 4th step up from the floor on the spiral stairs, seemed a llittle loose! Otherwise all was good! Thank you!

Went to Telluride for summer vacation this year. We really enjoyed the condo. It was located very close to the grocery store. We were able to walk over there quickly for dinner supplies or anything we needed. The pool was heated which was nice as it was cooler when we were there. The owner was quick to respond when I emailed him with a question before our trip. The galloping goose is the local bus and it stopped regularly if you didn’t want to walk but the river trail was great. We have 3 teenagers and having separate space for the, was really nice. The only negative i could say, and this isn't really a negative, was the fact that the way the buildings were built, and windows open for air, the sound from outside could be amplified. It wasn't really an issue but i did feel that we might be disturbing people when we were at the pool and we could hear people when we were going to bed. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Telluride

I would absolutely stay here again. There was a slight mixup when I arrived - the condo had not been cleaned. But the owner reached out to me within minutes of my email indicating this was the case. The situation was corrected the next day and the owner provided a reasonable discount. I was very impressed by the owner response - very apologetic, attentive, and eager to make it right. Again, would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was excellent for a TSRC meeting. If you know, you know.

The private garage was too small for our pickup truck but we were lucky to find a parking spot in the lot across the street. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Close to the grocery store for our breakfast essentials!

Great location. Everything was as expected. Parking was a little bit of a challenge since we had a large vehicle that could not fit in the garage.
