La cordialità dello staff e la pulizia delle camere . Da aggiungere che abbiamo richiesto una camera per qualche ora nel pomeriggio per riposare e fare una doccia , senza prenotazione, e ce l’hanno trovata pagando un piccolo supplemento

The hotel staff were always ready to help. They were direct in their approach, which may feel rude in the beginning, but is the most efficient way to communicate in these kind of situations.

The room size was nothing like it was shown in the photos.

The welcoming was very lovely, I was served some cold water and coffee for check in and everything was in detailed explained to me. Additionally I booked a taxi to the airport on my departure day which was very reliable. The room was very small and had no window which was the only downside but for one night totally OK. It was also a little hars to find as they are no proper signs outside or I am blind, I didn’t see any. The Location is unbeatable, the Egyptian Museum is just across the road. I was very happy with my stay, staff is excellent and the breakfast in the morning (3€) was absolutely delicious!!!

Lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff who also helped arrange a cab to the airport for us in the morning. The property was right in the city centre of Tahrir Square, with great accessibility to restaurants, cafes and other points. The building itself is old, don't be misled by that. The rooms are quaint and clean.

We had to take two flights of stairs to get to the hotel which might be challenging for some. Also, the location is difficult to find since the building does not have a prominent sign for the property.

The service was great. If you are first time in Cairo this is a safe place to be. Everyone will try to scam you in the city so definitely ask the hotel to help you. They help us a lot.

Personnel gentil, bon matelas, grande chambre.

Quartier extrêmement bruyant, hôtel difficile à trouver car au deuxième étage d’un immeuble sans aucun indication. Chambre un peu lugubre, éclairage blanc d’hopital, un max de désodorisant affreux dans l’air de la pièce quand on est arrivé.
