Friendly host-we arrived a bit earlier than expected but could check in before scheduled time, room and bed were comfy, location is in the city centre.
Nothing to dislike.

Verbena was a great hostess. The apartment is in close proximity to major sights. Comfy bet.

Comfortable B&B with a very helpful host. All the facilities worked perfectly, which is not always the case in Italy.
Nothing.

I can’t say enough good about this place. The hostess was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She gave us so much information about where to go, what to see, where to eat and drink. She helped us with our luggage and allowed us to keep the luggage after checkout. The room and common areas were beautifully filled with antiques and art. It was easy to get to by tram and walking. It’s 3 minutes away by foot to the Basilica. It is a marvellous place that I would return to in a heartbeat.
I thought that everything was well done. I liked the place a lot. I guess that I would let people know that there are stairs and that could be tough for some people. But otherwise, I can’t think of a better place to stay.f
