The hotel is so clean and the room is so spacious. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to a tram stop. It is also easy to walk to the city center.

Gute und zentrale Lage.
In der Beschreibung steht: Parkplatz steht AN der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Realität: das Auto muss auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Distanz ca 500 m. Es wäre wünschenswert wenn dies auch so in der Beschreibung angegeben wäre. So muss man nicht das ganze Bagage durch die halbe Stadt schleppen.

The location was very good although maybe 20 mins interesting walk away from centre of historic area there is tram stop outside the hotel which is easy to use.
Breakfast room is small so can be crowed at popular times. Our room overlooked main street and was noisy.

The hotel is perfectly located 150m from both the Basilica di Sant'Antonia and Prato Della Valle.
Next to the tram route so easy access to the station and other areas (note: the trams run on rubber tyres and are quiet).
Heavy metal pull up / pull down shutters keep out the sunlight and most of the noise when closed but have small holes to allow ventilation.
Reliable wifi.
Not a huge selection at breakfast but everything I needed was there.
No tea or coffee facilities.
Shabby apearance and threadbare carpets.
Breakfast area too small so operates two sittings and the 2nd one 8:30-10:00 is usually fully booked.
Wall light over desk useless because the TV was mounted below it.
