location was great. the ambience was nice and quiet. the hospitality was off the chart.

a few bugs running around after raining. there are stray dogs around the villa.

The friendly personal Maya and Deni. The privat villa was perfect for starting the day calm and relaxed. As well as finishing a day in private atmosphere.

The shower water ran into the bathroom. And maybe a Water refill station in the villa, so you do not need to ask the staff to refill the bottles.

I enjoyed my stay at Kai Villas very much. It was perfect to just laze through the day & enjoy the island vibes. Location was perfect (away from the busy areas), room was spacious, comfy & quiet, & the service staff were very helpful and accommodating to any request which we really appreciated. I plan to return to Kai Villas one day & I am sure it will exceed my expectations again!

Temperature of the shower very difficult to control (either extremely hot or too cold) and maintenance personnel wasn’t able to fix this, terrible smell in several locations of the villa (especially in bathroom but also in kitchen).

I have stayed at multiple villas and this was my favorite! It's a dream one bed villa, perfectly designed and everything fits in the space. It's a truly good feeling to stay there. Staff are amazing!

Lovely staff, lovely villa, great location. Villa designed with beautiful "Boho Chic" interiors. Super duper comfy beds. Great mood light options.

Need more kitchen equipment. Wouldn't really be able to cook a meal, I didnt require too, so i didnt mark down for this.

The villa is beautifully designed and very comfortable and well-appointed. it was fairly close to "downtown" Kuta and easily accessible. There were very nice touches and lighting, offering a cozy atmosphere. The staff was only on-site for a while each day, but always accessible and very friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to have a water dispenser in the room. The TV didn't work at the time we went but really didn't need a TV anyways. I used a motorbike, but parking might be tricky if coming by car.

It was well decorated, great location, well equipped, and the view to the hill is lovely. Staffs are very nice. Love the ask-anything-service using whatsapp group, very fast response and functional.

There are some Flaws in the design, especially the bed. They’re using the wooden platform bed, which I also have at home. The most important thing if you want to use this type of bed, the platform should be placed a little bit lower. We bumped our foot numerous time to the edges and it kind of hurt. The pillows are not the most comfortable ones, I wish they have more fillings. Very low water pressure from the shower, we even had an out of water moment, but it was resolved quickly. Would appreciate if they also provide a full body mirror or any decent big enough mirror.
