Un horror.

UNA VERGUENZA QUE UN ALOJAMIENTO COMO ESTE ESTE EN BOOKING. TENIAMOS RESERVADAS 2HABITACIONES Y NOS PUSIERON EN 3. ACEPTAMOS O TENIAMOS QUE DORMIR EN LA CALLE. HABITACIONES VIEJAS, MUEBLES VIEJOS. TOALLAS SUCIAS. UNA CISTERNA QUE NO FUNCIONA, UNA LUZ QUE NO SE ENCIENDE. MOHO EN LA MERMELADA DEL DESAYUNO. NOS ESTROPEAN UNAS CONVERSE CON LEJIA Y NADIE SE HACE RESPONSABLE. DECIMOS QUE NOS QUEREMOS IR Y NOS HACEN PAGAR 2NOCHES CUANDO SOLO HABIAMOS ESTADO 1. LLAMARON A LA POLICIA Y NOS AMENAZARON CON DENUNCIARNOS. SI TENIAMOS UNA DENUNCIA NO NOS IBAN A DEJAR SALIR DEL PAIS ASIQUE TUVIMOS QUE ACEPTAR COACCIONADAS. LA GERENTE MUY MALEDUCADA, ORDENÓ AL SEÑOR DE RECEPCION NO HABLAR CON NOSOTRAS PERO NOS CONFESÓ QUE TENIAMOS RAZON.

Well located right in the center

This hotel must be upgraded/ renovated. it’s a shame because it’s very well located but they need to renovate the whole hotel. the windows were falling apart and doesn’t close, in the shower the water was coming out and sink the whole bathroom the curtain in the shower were filthy . too noisy and the staff are not very welcoming

Nice staff, good wifi and breakfast (if there is one). The restaurant's food and service is recommendable, but that's no reason to stay here.

On arrival day, the owner was very friendly when she offered me the suite for my first night instead of the double room I had booked. The next day she banged on my door and made it clear that "check out is at 12 o'clock". This was not communicated to me and this is not how you should "talk" to a customer (which obviously prefers staying three nights in the same room). I then moved into my double room, which was obviously an old smoking room: The pillows stank disgustingly and I had to wash my pyjama after this stay. Also you could hear the neighbours going to the toilet. When I left on Monday morning, there was no breakfast at 7.05h (breakfast 7-10h), the restaurant was dark and nobody there.

Excellent. Will stay there again next time :-) .

Water situation on the bathroom , there is no way where the water can go down, so after shower is a pool inside the bathroom. Very bad

the booked room was not available on the first day. and the lack of electrical current in the socket to watch television or to charge the mobile phone has not been solved.
