Good location near the water and the promenade, grocery store and farmacia close by. The apartment was nice and everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with and we had a great stay. Enjoyed Pisa by train one day and the ferry boat to Cinque Terre another day. I was pleasantly surprised by what La Spezia had to offer as well, a nice town with good restaurants!

What's not to like? Haha, it was all pretty wonderful.

In the inner courtyard lives a disabled person who screams terrifyingly day and night. There is no air conditioning, so the windows have to be open all the time, but you can't stay because of the horrible shouting. We had to leave the accommodation after 1 night. The owner promised to refund the prices for the additional nights, as he knew the noise but didn't tell us. BUT we haven't gotten it back since then, he just lied!!! I do NOT recommend it to anyone!!!

The apartment is quite spacious and clean. The host were super kind and arranging to our times of arrival :) the neighborhood it’s nice too

The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but still good enough to prepare a nice breakfast. The apartment is not located very close to the train station, so if the idea of traveling is visiting the Cinque Terres from there, you’ll probably have to take a taxi each time (around 30m walk otherwise)

Room for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, a 10min walk to the ferry , 15min walk to the city center, 25min walk from the train station, very helful host.

It was noisy (both from the street noise and from the neighbours), there is no AC (there were fans but they dont cool that much) so it was hot, there was no microwave.

The staff was very supportive, we arrived late but they were able to provide keys and details for our stay.
