The property was beautiful, a true Tuscan dream. A perfect distance from Volterra, peaceful and secluded yet just 5 minutes from everything. Rocco was a lovely host and everything was effortless- thank you!

Amazing location with stunning views. Very quiet location. Owner, Rocco, is very helpful and friendly. Responds quickly to any requests.
Leo the dog is very friendly.
Our apartment was spacious but the furnishings are basic, think Ikea. Kitchen had small dishwasher but few cooking utensils.

The property is beautiful and is nestled in the hills 10 mins away from beautiful Volterra. The pool and the view on the pools is outstanding. The owners are nice and Leo the dog is beautiful and friendly. It is relatively close by to Florence and Pisa and the drive is also nice with stunning views of Tuscany.
The property does not have air conditioning (as they advertised) and this should not be against the property but it is brutal in the hottest weeks of summer - which was the time we were there. The brick houses are just unbearably warm even in the evenings which made it difficult to sleep and we were there for five days. If this place have air conditioning - it would have been perfect.
