Great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment felt spacious compared to a hotel room and the staff seemed ready to accomodate for guests with children. The floor to ceiling window were stunning and the community areas were clean and well-equipped.
Empty luxury apartment building vibes, for better or worse. Some of the furniture was uncomfortable/thin. Some of the finishings are a little awkward (bathroom hand towels far from sink, no towel for the floor outside the shower, some light switches don't clearly correspond to anything and you'll hunt down lamp switches).

The staff was excellent, we liked the room, location and the lounge area on the 3rd floor
We were disappointed that the pool was closed during our whole stay 😢

This was my favourite stay of the many hotels and apartments we used in a month in the USA.
Beautifully modern, yet homely. Comfortable and with all the necessary kitchen equipment. Very comfortable bed. Great location near shops, food market, historic locations.
Safe and secure access.
It was the most expensive of our stays - but, it was delightful, so we were happy with that.

The atmosphere
I had to change my room because my bathroom didn’t work. then the room they moved me to the refrigerator didn’t work.
