Nice quiet location. House was clean. Very warm and cosy. Lovely wood fire. Great games and puzzles to enjoy as a family. Everything you need for a comfortable family getaway.

Peaceful and spacious.

I only saw a text message 10 minutes before I left home to say that we and our friends needed to provide our own bed linen and towels. I was very surprised considering the cost of the accommodation. This meant delaying our departure. It also meant we had to carry bed linen and sheets in our luggage on the train. Then received a contradictory message saying one bed was made up and to leave the dirty linen in the laundry after use. This was not the case. No bed linen was there nor was there a bed made up. Disappointing.

Peaceful relaxing & homely

The second queen bed had a separate en-suite, perfect for Nonna to have her own privacy. We had a queen bed, while the children slept in the bunk bed that also had 2 extra singles.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Well equipped with everything you need. Easy drive to Mansfield and close to the zoo, maze and Brack's Bridge picnic area.

Lack of phone reception/internet

The house is spacious and comfortable. The facilities are good and there are lots of games and kids movies that you wont feel bored even stayed inside for the whole day. The owners are very thoughtful providing a lot of convenient things to make you feel like home. We enjoyed our stay!
