It’s really obvious from when you drive up to the house, it’s a beautiful property and clearly loved by the owners previously. The homely touches and all the supplies you would need. Hot tub was a great touch too.

Luxury... don’t think so!! We had clearly suffered the after affects of a party group previously to our stay and poor cleaning and management overall. This is a list of the issues we had; Chewing gum and a hair tie on top of one of the bed frames Body hair in all of the beds upstairs, black marks all over the pillows regardless of what room we tried. Stick drink spills down the fronts of the cupboards and on the floor We had to fully clean the bbq prior to using it, it was disgusting. The patio had rubbish on it and clearly hasn’t been swept in a long time. When we arrived the pool guy had to empty the whole tub as the previous group had mistreated it, meaning, out of our 2 night stay we could only use it for 10mins on the 1st night as it hadn’t had long enough to heat up. After complaining to the management company I was promised fresh bed linen and nothing arrived forcing us to sleep in dirty sheets AGAIN!! in the end I have received a ‘token’ refund when I have asked from the start for at least 50% of my money back is only fair!!! My family travelled all the way from the uk and this was supposed to be a special weekend away.. completely spoilt and the management company a complete disgrace.
