The motel is very well located, many restaurants nearby and a supermarket 2 minutes away by car that is open 24 hours a day. The rooms are very nice, clean and very comfortable.

2 reasons for my rating: on the day of check-in there was no one at the reception, they left a phone number that we had to call but we did not have a cell phone to do so (we are foreigners) which was a big problem, an hour waiting until Someone did us the favor of calling and they came to receive us. The second point is that the heating did not work, we were in winter and the temperature reached -4•C which was an inconvenience, and once again we did not have a telephone to call the reception.

The Room was updated the fireplace heat was very nice the foam topper mattress was very comfortable and the lakefront location was exceptional.

Kitchenette had spoons & knives but was missing forks. Just a housekeeping oversight I suspect. Everything else was great

The Lakeview room was great. It was huge and had a fireplace. Everything was clean. We loved the water pressure in the bathroom. We had a great time and will visit this hotel again.

Brandon, the front desk Manager was so helpful when we showed up a little early. He was very professional and prompt in getting us a room.

We were extremely happy with the room and the hotel. Everything was great!

It was quiet and peaceful. Very clean and had an incredible view. There’s nothing it was lacking. Highly recommend!

The place just needs some sparkle….. stairwell needed vacuumed ….. some parking lot repair too….
