Breaks on buggy did not work. Hot water in showers only lasted 2 minutes maximum.

The view was magnificent, the space and value for money was fantastic. The space was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Use of the buggy was great, as was the airport shuttle service.

The wifi didn't work. A technician came out two days into our stay, however the wifi stopped working again 30 minutes after he'd left. No extra bin liners provided. Blender in kitchen didn't work. There were ants in the kitchen and bedrooms.

The view was the best.

It was dated, outdoor area very unkept . Needs major updating. Wifi didn’t work the entire trip.

This was our 2nd stay at a Heliconia Grove apartment. Everything was great. Awesome view from the huge balcony. Everything we needed was right there. Awesome pool too.

We booked a fully contained apartment the only issue was the lack of toilet paper and dish washer tablets

The view is stunning, and there was plenty of room for our five adult family. It was very convenient having a kitchen which allowed us to buy food from the local IGA and make our own food, especially as there were long waits at pretty much all of the food providers on the island and many others closed. The golf buggy was incredibly handy, though most of the island is a nice walk away. The location is great but a bit of a hike up the last hill, which is a doozy!

There was no information about the unit, location, or internet password provided. We called everyone we could think of to try to get internet passwords with no response, and did not get the internet which was supposed to be provided throughout the week. A booklet which provided information about the current state of the island would have been appreciated, especially with some things closed because of COVID, which we had to find out about individually.
