Great location, clean and spacious room.

Room was really big. Bed was comfortable and not too hard/soft. Shower facilities was good, really like the roomy toilet and water pressure.

We booked the room with 2 queen beds. Can definitely fit 4 people but might be a bit tight. Definitely good value for money. Furniture still looks new and clean.

Price slighly on hogh side, breakfast is not good. Options with breakfast at a cheaper hotel rate will be attractive

Proximity to food options; there are variety of them, but mainly hotpot, japanese and korean. The room's feature (deluxe K) suited us very well, as we travelled with our teenage kid. Airconditioning and room cleanliness were good. Room brightness were also great.

The breakfast offered at the hotel need much improvement. not only were the food cold, some of them were also hard (e.g. bun, dumplings). gave feedback to the front desk (.e.g. keeping the fire, to keep them warm) on the first day, but i guess nothing much could be done. tried on subsequent few occasions, only minimal. Had bread toasts, while my son added on the cereal. (We had lunch and dinner outside the hotel; so breakfast was the only meals we were looking forward to) TV channels reception - several signals (3-4) were not receiving signals. Management could also look into adding some additional new channels. Should have handsoap offered; I guess one just had to rely on the hair/body foam in the shower area. Nonetheless, we brought our own handsoap though. Hotel staff (cleaning) at the room floor - whom we come across - could have been more friendly. None really greeted or gave a smile.
