Everything was perfect! 😍
The hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions.
Communication with the owners was excellent — they were very welcoming and attentive.
The breakfast was delicious, with fresh orange juice and great coffee. Our room was clean and comfortable.
To make our stay even more special, we received a bottle of champagne for our anniversary, which was such a lovely surprise! 🥂
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.
Air condition didn’t work well

Great central location. Excellent hosts and service.
Breakfast start at 8AM is a bit late. Despite soundproofing, room was a tad noisy.

Property has a very good location, it’s cosy and staff are very kind and helpful.
I think the bathroom in the family room needs a renovation, it’s only my opinion, the room itself is great. Overall I had a lovely stay.

We liked the location being close to the port where our ferry arrived, walking distance to food and gelato, and quick taxi service to airport. The room was large and had a view overlooking the plaza.
The room was very warm and uncomfortable. The thermostat never dropped below 80 degrees F (27-28 degree C). After addressing this the property manager told us the next morning that the bc the unit is large and old (historic) that it takes time to cool down, but it never did. It was cooler in the lobby outside our room. Breakfast options were included which is gracious but very mid. And every few uses the toilet would keep running and not flush. We would have to wait over an hour before using again.

"Ein sehr sympathisch geführtes kleines Hotel. Ideale Lage (Metro, Bus, Hopp on hopp off Bus direkt vorm Hotel), schön an einem belebten Platz mit einigen lokalen und Geschäften gelegen.
