- nice view from the bar - big bungalow, lot of space, fridge included - although there a lot of mosquitos at that place (don't forget your repellents when you arrive), there were no insects in our bungalow at all. - the bed was the hardest one on our journey but we slept very good! - good place to enjoy a smoke.. ;)

- Really steep path to the bungalows, but no problem for the rented scooter or the taxi jeep ;) - the staff didn't seem to know our booking, but they organized a room in a few minutes - unfortunately, we got a bungalow that was located behind a lot of trees so that we could not enjoy the view

The people there and the View

Restaurant has a nice view. However, the houses have a window that you cannot close fully / at all and without any mosquito barrier so this means that the room is one big mosquito party. Mosquity nets are not provided. The houses also do not have enough curtains to block all windows so without creating your own curtains, you will not be able to sleep past sunrise. On top of that, the hotel description says that they offers a “free taxi service” but they will not respond to any messages about this and on location they will deny any existence of this even though they cannot seem to find the energy to remove it from their google maps description. This means that you will be forced to take two 300 baht taxi’s from and to the main pier. Finally, the restaurant offers some food but at ridiculously high prices so if you do not want to pay 3x the price of an average thai meal you will have to walk down the steep hill every time.

The view from both the bar and my room was wonderful, the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The value for money here is so high, could not recommend more.

You don’t need an alarm clock here because the chickens that wonder about will do that job for you some mornings!

The location is gorgeous. It is a hell of a hill, definitely be careful driving up it on a motorbike with passengers and bags, but the view at the top is fantastic.

The staff is super weird and unpleasant. The guy who checked us in gave off creepy vibes and was cold checking us in but then was super friendly when he wanted to sell us drugs. He then seemed legitimately annoyed when we didn't want to party with him. The dude has a weird stare as well. Super ick. The spot to see the view from is not super comfy. Weed is legal in the country now but the furniture is not good for sitting for a long time, nor is it oriented in a way that invites socializing. If you are going to want to try to veg out you kind of need to do it in the room but then what is the point of booking the place with the view?
