Location is good, only 10 min. to the metro station.Grocery store next door, also restaurant.

The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people. We were 6 people and the sofa is not suitable for sleeping. It is recommended to change the sofa, then 6 people will also be very OK!

The house is very large compared to other accommodations in Madrid. The location is convenient, there are 3 metro stations nearby. A supermarket downstairs.

The seeable cleanliness is fine. But you have to take care of those hidden places. The couch is full of dirty spots. Your skin will get itched after sitting on it. The washing machine is molded. Sewers of bathrooms don't work very well. The entrance of the building, in and out, are full of garbage containers. IT's very smelly.

good location in a nice beautifull neighbourhood. Big, spacious appartment with 2 bathrooms (1 connecting), convenient kitchen and excellent Wifi.
