Breakfast was pretty good during our stay. I would have preferred a different menu once every 2 days or so, but nevertheless breakfast was good. I loved the bread and the fruits in the morning.
The room was a little smaller than expected but just ok for the rest of our short trip.

This is probably the 20th time that I've stayed at N Tower. For me it is easier to stay here than the main towers since it is a bit closer to the station and the elevators are quicker compared to the other towers
The air conditioning was on heater mode so it was quite warm indoors which I am not used to, the windows can be opened but at times there is a Yakiniku smell coming from outside which smells nice but not on the clothes.

Location is great. Rooms are good size for Tokyo area.
Breakfast on disposables, that gives cheap feeling. With the elevator it takes 5 minutes to reach ground floor.

Very small room

It’s very basic, it’s not luxurious at all. It’s very deceiving and confusing to book your room online. The staff however are a credit to the hotel and very helpful.
Everything. However my most annoyance sits with the fact that you had to pay 6,500 yen to use the hotel pool even if you are a paying guest! That is terrible and poor service.

The attractions and convenient store at Shinagawa were perfect for my son and I not wanting to venture out far. The train station is nice and close to the hotel too.
Hotel staff service. I had a baby and 3 suitcases, I called for help at reception for check out as I needed assistance. I was told to retrieve a trolley myself from the lobby. When I went to the lobby, 3 staff members were simply chatting behind the desk. When I came to checkout with my luggage and trolley, a staff member noticed I needed assistance and tried to help. Unfortunately it was a little too late by this point, I had done it myself whilst also breaking a fragile item of mine in my suitcase in the process. A little help goes a long way, especially when you see staff just chatting behind a counter when you had asked for assistance as loading and pushing a trolley whilst carrying a baby isn’t the easiest task.

Location
The room (very small with with no view matched with an even smaller bathroom) , the brakefast (very poor, we ended up leaving and eating outside). The fact that I was not offered to have a dip in the pool > which was advertised on the pictures did not help as well. The rooms are kept clean and the personal is kind, but at this price level, I was expecting a way better comfort in the rooms. Location (close to Shinagawa station was the only positive point in this experience).

Nice staff, hood location
Had to go up a high step together into bathroom. Stumbled getting and out. Also bathtub was slippery when soapy.

Breakfast was poor buffet style with very little at all. McDonalds is the otherside of the station

Not bad for light eaters.
Simple, ordinary toast.

Great location to access Shinagawa Station. The room is small if you have big luggage but who cares if you're that close to transport and shops.
We went to the main building bar on the 39th floor - very upmarket and consequently expensive but a grade A view over Tokyo at night.
Included breakfast was quite good all things considered.
Given the cost - I think they're doing a great job in catering to the budget conscious and I don't think that there is much needed in the way of improvement at all. There's no restaurant but being this close to a range of eateries would make that difficult.

Convenience to Shinagawa station. Great staff.
Breakfast was not good. Needs more selection like eggs and fruit. Way too basic.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location very convenient to the train station.
Room was quite small, but not unexpected for Tokyo.

All of the staff were lovely, helpful, professional, and genuinely happy you were there. It is immaculate, too, which is so important.
This hotel is a resort, right opposite the train station in Shinagawa. It was perfect for the last few nights of our trip. It is huge, but you don't see many people. It has everything you can think of if you are having a family touring holiday. I didn't use any of the entertainment facilities, so I don't know what they were like. But they have a water park, bowling, cinema, restaurants, shops, it was excellent all round!
I didn't have any issues at all.

This is the N tower at the Prince. One of the more convenient hotels to stay at near Shinagawa station if you have an early flight or shinkansen.
Not great value for the price. But that has to be said for all hotels in the area.
