The location. Good air conditioning
Some equipment didn’t work such as the speaker and had some issues with the tv.
Was also quite difficult to find, perhaps a bigger sign out the front would be beneficial.

Great location! Across from Giovanni’s pizza, near a yoga studio, and havelock mall which has a cinema and good restaurants.
ASK STAFF TO SHOW U HOW TO UNLOCK THE STREET LEVEL DOOR FIRST. Key for outside door of property is confusing to unlock, so other guests tend to ring the doorbell a lot because they can’t figure out how to get in. The staff were gone (this was a weekend) so we had to go downstairs and outside and answer the door for the guests that were ringing the doorbell. (Frequent occurrence).
Doors are glass so some light gets in through the cracks. Otherwise nice property, lots of natural light, well-equipped. Tea and even milk cartons in the mini fridge was a nice touch. Also provided drinking water.

Cozy guesthouse with three rooms (two of them were occupied by staff), clean, quite big room, very friendly and helpful staff (though sometimes you need to ring more, so they hear you 😀).
Nothing bothers you there

Fab shower
Comfy bed
Location could suit you
Reasonably quiet
AC could not be turned off or adjusted.
Pointless old broken furniture clutters room.
No working plug in bathroom basin.
Opening onto reception not ideal.
On arrival was asked to pay considerably more than agreed price.
