We really enjoyed our weekend stay in Folly. We have been many times, and this was our favorite location! We have a special needs son and we were able to walk everywhere… beach, restaurants, shops… I also really appreciate the black out curtains in the spare rooms to encourage my boys to sleep in. Everything was super clean. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Fred for being such a gracious host!

Great place, location. Pretty much perfect. This was our 2nd time to this condo and we'll plan on staying there again. Walking distance to bars, restaurants. Short drive to downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms. Lots of golf available. Overall, great place.

Clean, comfy and convenient. Check in was easy and Fred was just minutes away by text, he always responded promptly to answer any questions. The unit was clean and pretty well stocked, perhaps some more dish cloths {as we prefer to clean up as we go} and a couple extra sets of bath towels. There is a washer and dryer though, but who wants to do laundry on vacation. You are literally minutes from anything you need by foot
. Great place, we would definitely consider this place again and recommend it to others.

Spent a long weekend on Folly with friends (3 couples) in this lovely condo. Super convenient to everything you need - beach, groceries, restaurants, and shops. We walked everywhere. I would warn future renters to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and dish towels (the condo only comes with one of each). The only complaint is the loud music from Taco Boy on Saturday night - BUT, great people watching :)

The unit was well equipped to meet our needs. The location is convenient to everything. We only used our car once for an evening in Charleston. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants for dinner and then coming back and hanging out on the deck. I hope to stay there again.

We were in town to drop our son off at The Citadel for his knob year. Fantastic location, very clean and roomy, we stayed for 5 days, it was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great location! Walking distance from pretty much everything you need and the beach. We had a great time! Only thing we noticed was the walls are pretty thin. You can hear clearly anything that happens near the apartment entrance/steps.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great if you want to be close to restaurants and entertainment. I would give 5 stars all around except the property could have been a little cleaner upon arrival. Nothing disgusting but it seemed the floors were swept but not mopped. Pretty sticky in the kitchen and bathroom mirrors were not cleaned. I am sure the owner would have addressed the issue if I had contacted him but it was not a huge deal, everything else was fine. The master bath had been updated from what was in the pictures so that was a nice surprise. We loved the location. The decor is a little out dated but again not a huge deal because If we were not out we were sitting on the awesome porch. Getting to the beach was easy. The beach gets very crowded at high tide so go early to get your spot. Owner very responsive. I would recommend this property.

Our family really enjoyed our first time at Folly Beach at this condo! It was perfect for the 6 of us. The location was ideal, fun to “people watch” and look at the ocean (across the street). The only thing I would recommend is a few more bath & kitchen towels, more silverware and a broom or sweeper for us to use. Other than that, everything in the place was very comfortable and clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Folley Beach. The place was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Loved that the kitchen had a great selection of items to use for cooking, dishes for serving, etc. Location was convenient to the beach. It was a little loud and raucous on the street when we hung out on the patio, but that was to be expected since the building is on a busy street. The strict noise ordnance curbed the issue at a reasonable time of the night. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

We had such a great stay, we extended it. We were with our 3 and 1 year olds and were able to walk everywhere-the beach was a less than 5 min walk and coffee could not be more delicious or convenient with a food truck right outside. Fred was very communicative and responsive and we would absolutely go back!

Great location, we walked 2 minutes to the beach everyday. We loved the proximity to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the walk out private deck. Wonderful stay. We will be back again.

This was the second time we have stayed here. Great location - right next to Main Street. Space is large and plenty of room with the three bedrooms. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to this area.

A small group of childhood friends travelled to Folly Beach for a close friends wedding. We loved staying at the condo, walks on the beach, & the proximity of restaurants.
We had a great time laughing & reminiscing. We all got ready for the wedding together with the groom & best man getting ready with us at the condo.

This property could not be in a better location. You could see the ocean from the bslcony. Very short walk to the beach and various restaurant options. Parking on ground floor and elevator access to first floor condo. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The only downside is that it was easy to hear neighbors beside us and above us. Second time staying at this property and once again, it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Fred is so easy to work with and his condo was perfect in many ways. Our family of 4 decided to get away for the holiday break and Folly Beach was a blast on NYE. The Flip Flop drop didn't disappoint, and we even took in the Meat Ball Drop at Woody's. New Year's Day we participated in the Polar Plunge and had a great time. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonable price with great people watching! Was also elated to hear a few days before we arrived that the New Pier was open! It was simply awesome! We will be back to one of our favorite places and our favorite Condo!! Thanks Fred

This was a family vacation (two teenagers 18+) during the off-season. The location was great (right across from the pier), the unit clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor was a nice beach theme. On the negative, the unit was noisy, since, you could hear people in the unit above walking (and a toddler running) in the early morning, people walking up/down the stairs and people talking outside from the sidewalk, so, I don't know how it would be in peak season as far as noise level.

This location was excellent. The property manager contacted me with details well in advance of the stay which helped me plan with the group. The off street parking was really a value adder with two spots. The condo was very clean and homey with a well stocked kitchen. Beach access was a <5 minute walk and distance from Charleston was only 20 minutes. There were a good number of food options within walking distance as well. No complaints and would go back.

Property was just as described and very roomy. It was refreshing to see a well cared for and clean unit upon arrival. While we did stay inland to avoid hurricane flooding one night we still enjoyed our time here in this unit at Folly. Location is awesome!

The property was great. It was clean, spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There was a great deck on the front of the house but we did not use it much because there was road construction in front of the property and it was noisy and dusty starting early in the morning. Obviously the construction was beyond the control of the property owner. We otherwise really enjoyed our stay. .

Perfect place in Folly if you want to be in the thick of things. Unit is beautifully decorated for a beach stay. Loved having front deck to people watch, enjoy morning coffee and afternoon snack. Owner was very responsive in providing info, seamless check-in. Parking spaces were great..once parked we could walk everywhere(market very close). Full disclosure, you are in the thick of things, units have shared stair and elevator, you can hear others in building coming and going from back bedrooms if they are talking loud,running around. While we were there it was never during "quiet hours "just when people were heading out for the day or moving in. Sum up: perfect place for a fun beach vacation if you want to enjoy it all, walking to beach, to eat, shop etc. Perfect for several couples or mixed group. If you are looking for more isolated beach stay you'll want to go further away from the main strip. Folly has beach access from mostly any street, it was easy for us to walk down a block or so if the pierBut like us, you want easy access to it all this place is perfect.

Center Street is 1/2 block away. Walk straight from the condo and you are on the beach. Everything is literally right there. It was absolutely amazing.
