Excellent value for the money, close to downtown Vail, good communication with property owner

East walk to shuttle bus , just at end of parking lot. Took bus to transportation center at Vail center.

The property is exactly as advertised! Short walk to the lifts via Lionshead or, on particularly cold mornings, an easy bus ride to Vail Village. Not to mention a 25 minute bus ride to the base of Beaver Creek for $8 round trip! BONUS! The apartment is larger than it looks online. We were two adults and two 16 year old boys with plenty of room to spare. The boys loved the heated pool and hot tub. They were in both every night of our trip. We are certain to be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's very close to the shuttle route and was a great value. We enjoyed the 2 hot tubs and all seasons pool. It was clean and comfortable and the owners are very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable, & relaxing. 2 recently retired teacher friends. We used the pool and patio. There are about 6 steps to go from parking to the door. Just in case that’s a consideration for you. But it is not a long walk. The set up of the unit allowed us to each have our own bedroom with a private bathroom. Terrific stay!

It was exactly as shown, easy drive to free Vail parking, ideal place for us.

Great location, easy check in process, attentive host! Easy access to vail village via car, bus, or walking. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Had a wonderful stay at Martha’s place. Clean and great communication. The most comfortable couches to melt in after two big days on the slopes!

A comfortable place that could easily sleep 4 or 5. Full kitchen with grill, just missing a spice rack. Nice heated pool and hot tub. A 1 minute walk to the bus that will take you to the slopes.

This property was just as pictured in the description and photos. It was an excellent value. The price was amazing considering that we stayed the week before Christmas. We were especially thrilled with the free Vail shuttle that picked up within steps of the condo. These shuttles proceed directly to Vail Village transportation center. It was SO EASY to get to the slopes and Vail Village anytime of the day or night for free. We never had to use a car. Our kids especially enjoyed the outside pool and hot tubs (in the snow!!). The house was clean, but as you can see from the photographs, the decor isn’t very modern. This was expected and was fine for our family. We had everything we needed to cook meals. The fire place worked well. The dryer took multiple runs to completely dry loads. I assume this is why there were three sets of washed but still wet bedsheets we’re hanging in the master bedroom closet to dry. The wet sheets hanging in the closet weren’t too disturbing to us since it confirmed that all bedsheets had clearly been washed and replaced just before our arrival. They were neatly folded and on hangers to dry.

Perfect for our family of 5 Adults - loved the location and proximity to Vail village and friends we were visiting. While the condo is a bit dated it was completely comfortable and just what we needed to feel at home for thanksgiving. We loved the little porch to the outside and we made great use of the hot tub and pool every day. We would totally come here again. Thank you for opening your property for rental!

Second the unit is very noisy, some of which is movement from the unit above and some I believe was the heat system which ticks loudly and sounds like water torture when you're trying to sleep. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great.

We had a really nice time staying in Vail. The property was centrally located on the west side of Vail village and Lionshead and was an easy drive to those locations. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the muliptle playgrounds for the kiddos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s property in Vail! She was a quick and helpful communicator and went out of her way to make sure our family had everything we needed. This is a fantastic location with trails and parks close by and just across the bridge from Lionshead. Hope to stay again in the future!
