Clarion Inn & Suites Atlanta Downtown

Location and price

Nothing bad

The property location was perfect for my stay. The property itself was very clean and I enjoyed my stay.

The elevator is incredibly slow and feels like a death trap. Maintenance should probably be done to ensure the safety of it. Additionally, the older woman working night shift at the front desk last night was very rude to myself and others who tried asking her questions. She provided short, unhelpful comments, stating that day shift turnover doesn’t tell her anything so she’s unable to assist customers. Myself and another couple only asked questions regarding the parking lot and tags on the vehicles. Lastly, I was surprised there was no counter or even a hook in the bathroom for toiletries and to hang up a towel. A hook on the door and a stand or counter for toiletries would have been nice.

The front desk clerk was absolutely awesome. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable! Great job!!!

The rooms were a bit dated was over all comfortable.

It was close to the stadium

It smelled musty. The whole place smelled musty.
