Family reunion

Very nice Staff and nice rooms.

It was a fine overnight.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The room was fine but the floors were dusty in the corners, and the dresser top was wiped down with a wet cloth leaving streaks on it. The sheets were clean but the floors and dresser top gave me pause.

Unkempt and Filth

Nothing. At all. This was an unbelievable experience. So disgusting and disappointing

Filthy Room DISGUSTING BATHROOM! TOOK TONS OF PICTURES. THIS IS DEPLORABLE! STAFF WAS RUDE. PEOPLE LOITERING AND HIDING AROUND PERIMETER OF PARKING LOT & WOOD LINE ALL HOURS OF NIGHT .FIGHTING OUTSIDE. ... HAIRS AND MOLD ALL THROUGHOUT BATHROOM AND ROOM.BURN HOLES ETC

Not up to Holiday Inn standards. Disappointing.

Excellent breakfast - but otherwise, the place wasn't up to Holiday Inn standards. The shade in our room was broken and we couldn't block out the light. We were told it wasn't fixable. The hallway smelled of dog urine. The side entrance to the hotel had trash on the floor and around the doorway.

Cleanliness and repair of the broken shade in the room.

Indoor swimming pool wish I could have ate the breakfast in the morning but left before serving it. Look really good

It was overall okay, expensive since we could not amendities and that was why we chose them.

The staff, front desk absolutely amazing!

Pool was horrible scared to get it just not clean or welcoming.

Will probably stay elsewhere next time due to rate.

Very convenient right off highway

Was not able to partake in free breakfast included in the rate as it started too late at 7am. Needed to be on the road by 7 the latest. Very disappointed.

Everyone enjoyed their stay.

The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the variety. We thought the tables were still a little to close together but we were otherwise very pleased. We also liked the soap, Dove.

The comforter for the pull out could have been cleaner.

location had limited handicap parking , and poor lit areas to park . shower stopped working for 3 mins while taking a shower
