Unsere Familie hat dieses Haus 1971 in der schönen, ruhigen Gegend von Dollar Point gebaut. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit einer renovierten Küche und einem Badezimmer auf der oberen Ebene. Dies ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, in der Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen werden. Dennoch sind Sie nur wenige Minuten von der Stadt, den Ski- und Boardbergen, Wanderwegen, Wasser, Golf, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vielem mehr entfernt. Das Haus ist auf einem Hügel gebaut, so dass Sie immer einen Blick auf den wunderschönen Lake Tahoe haben. Ganz zu schweigen vom tollen Rodeln im Winter. Wir sind ein Teil der "Old Tahoe" -Methoden und genießen Restaurants, die die Zeiten wie Bacchi's am Lake Forest Drive überdauert haben. Dieser alte italienische Ort kann vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreicht werden - was Sie nach dem Abendessen möglicherweise benötigen. Etwa 1,6 km vom Haus entfernt befindet sich ein Stausee auf der anderen Seite des North Lake Drive. Dieses Erholungsgebiet trifft auf den Tahoe Rim Trail für endlose Stunden mit dem Fahrrad und Wandern. This is a warm welcoming home that feels like it has decades of great memories. Kitchen is well supplied. Game room is a plus.

We had an absolutely amazing time even with all the rain we got. The cabin was beautiful, the outside area was so nice to hang out and spend time together. All in all our family loved being there and we’d go back soon! Thank you so much.

We had a great time during our stay. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood and had a nice view of the lake. Our family enjoyed nights together on the deck and eating dinner and playing games in the kitchen and living rooms. The two little kids enjoyed it very much as well (there was a pack n play and booster seat provided). The house itself has a rustic mountain feel to it that made it feel genuine. The area is a great central location for summer activities such as the beach, hiking, biking, golfing, boating, etc. There is a delicious coffee shop/bakery nearby. Tahoe City is a nice little town. Overall highly recommend.

Our family of four (two adults and two children ages 11 and 14) enjoyed our stay at this property so much! We felt like locals transported back in time while staying in such a beautiful timeless cabin. The location was great and the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful as we were surrounded by other thoughtfully designed homes.
We had more than enough space and also enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the view of the sky and the lake from the deck. We had everything we needed from bath towels to kitchen needs and our kids really enjoyed the air hockey table downstairs.
The only time we had to make adjustments was at bedtime upstairs because it got very hot by the end of the day. But with the provided fans we made it work for our kids. I might suggest two more box fans for guests not accustomed to life without A/C.
It is a gem of a property! Thank you for letting us stay!

Beautiful property that is well-cared for and very comfortable. Kitchen is very well-stocked; make sure to bring your own soap for the bathrooms. Very communicative and kind owners who were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Our group (adults + kids) had a great stay at the cabin! We loved the central location and the view. The cabin had everything we needed and is quite spacious. The decor is very nice and cozy, with tons of games for kids to explore. The kitchen has everything you would need. Restaurants, sightseeing and grocery stores are all close by. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall a great value. We would be happy to come back.

We had 6 adults and had plenty of room for our stay, the home had all the amenities we needed and was close to conveniences. We will book again when we need to stay in Lake Tahoe!

This cozy cabin was a perfect destination for a winter get away, the snow was in no shortage, and the house was a great haven to kick the shoes off and gather around a fire. Would also recommend trying it in the spring because it is less than a 5 minute drive to the lake.

Great house with lots of room and close enough to town for restaurants, etc. but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Andre was extremely helpful since we weren’t sure about going because of the wild fires but it all worked out. Thanks so much.

Our family of eight had an excellent stay at this cabin for the week! The location was perfect, the cabin was beautiful and well stocked. Would suggest more fans for summer weather but overall would love to stay here again! Host is super helpful and responsive.

This house is a very nicely-sized space and worked very well for our family of five. It is not fancy, but is very comfortable and everything works very well. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the Gnome Room with vintage furniture. The layout is very nice. We had lots of fun playing games at the large dining table, cooking in the well-stocked and very functional kitchen, and watching movies in the family room. We were there when the weather was pretty rough, so we spent most of the time inside and really enjoyed it. The mattresses are on the very firm side, so bring a foam egg-crate if you need softer padding. The neighborhood is super quiet with very nice houses and provides a very lovely area to walk around in.

Perfect Family House
So much fun! My husband and I recently spent 5 days in Tahoe with our 2-kids and my brother for a great family vacation. The house was great with more than enough room for all of us. My kids loved the downstairs game room and especially learning how to play Uno with one of the many decks of cards on hand.
The private beach was great and never got overcrowded. We were there almost everyday for either a morning swim, sunset drink on the dock or an afternoon dip after a day of hiking.
André, our host, was always quick to respond with any questions and we loved seeing the family's Swiss heritage throughout the place.

Great location, great house!
We had a great stay in Dollar Point. Andre was very accommodating and everything checked out that was on the listing. It was in a central location within the Dollar Point development, so we could walk to the beach, as well as the hiking trails. We would go back in a heart beat.

Spacious Home with a View
This spacious home had plenty of rooms with comfortable beds and various areas to sit and relax. Outside front patio was great for hanging out and enjoying the view. The neighborhood was quiet where we enjoyed daily long walks.
The owner was great, always available whenever we had questions. I would love to stay here again!
