The short-term rental ordinance must be followed by all guests. No music or hanging out outside is allowed after 9 pm, and all cars must fit in the garage or driveway (3 cars max, this is strict). There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you be patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case-by-case basis.
