Came to see snow and some winter activities. Got a white out day 1! Lots to do and home is comfortable, centrally located.

We enjoyed our stay here! Very clean condo and it is in a great location and the view is spectacular! The only part that was a little difficult was the parking situation but we read the reviews and knew about it before we booked it. Overall, we had blast and would highly recommend to others!

We didn't have great weather - 50 degrees and raining - so no skiing. The apartment was clean and is mostly updated. Some toiletries and coffee would really help make guests welcome. Unfortunately, parking was far away and the weather made trekking up the mountain very unpleasant. On the last day, we finally saw the view as the clouds broke up and drifted away. If we had known to bring groceries and all the toiletries we needed in the shuttle with us, we would have been more comfortable.

Not much more to say than what's already been said. Condo was great and the perfect unit for an amazing view of the Sugar Mountain slopes.
Parking and shuttle is less-than-ideal, but doable. I made the walk up from my vehicle a time or two to get some exercise and simply not wait it out. And my whole family made the much easier walk down to the vehicle most times for the same reason.
Ed and Lisa were great hosts. They very obviously cared for their property and extend that to their guests. Communication with them was easy when needed.

Yes, the unit and views are great, but the parking is down the mountain a bit and a shuttle is needed to get to and from your vehicle back to the unit. To be fair, the shuttle was readily available, but on our morning leave, the shuttle was not running, so I had to walk down the mountain at 5am in sub-zero temps to get my truck. Not a huge deal, but if you want your vehicle nearby, then this is not the situation here. All staff were very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

A short break away to the mountains!
We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and so comfortable, clean and well equipped!
The view of the surrounding mountains and ski slopes were stunning!
We had a blast and will hopefully be able to make this a yearly trip!

The condo was absolutely fantastic. By far one of the nicest units within the complex. Completely updated beautiful inside and out. Amazing views of the ski resort. Can’t beat the view!
The condo is beautiful, but THE VIEW is incredible! Everything was very clean, front desk was friendly. We came to ski at Sugar and we’re able to walk to the slopes. There is a shuttle you can take but we found it faster to walk (you come out at Omma’s Meadow). The only downfall (to no fault of the owners) is the parking/shuttle situation. Usually we didn’t have to wait long, but during busy times the shuttle van passed us by 2x before they had room for us to hop on. Would definitely stay here again though!

Ski Trip
Wonderful property. Super clean and well decorated. Great communication from the owner as it relates to our stay. We hope to come back in the future. My only feedback is within the arrival and check in process which was lengthy.

This condo was fantastic. Even better than pictured. My husband and our two kids had plenty of space. The condo has everything you need for your stay. The only downside is the shuttle to and from your car. We were constantly waiting on the shuttle and had to ask for the shuttle repeatedly. One night, my husband decided he would just walk to get our car (not ideal since the road is not lit and is very curvy) after we had been waiting around 15 minutes. He found the shuttle driver just sitting talking to a security officer while our family and two others were waiting on the shuttle. Overall I would definitely stay again. The owners were great to deal with and answered any questions we had very quickly. They have a beautiful condo. The view is amazing.

First of all the condo was really nice and the owners were very very easy to deal with. We really enjoyed the condo as it was top notch and well decorated.
The logistics of the property were terrible! There is no parking for guests at the top and you must shuttle down to the mud hole parking lots in a shuttle with wet seats from skiers getting in and out. You cannot put ski gear in the shuttle so you have to shuttle down and get a car then wait to come back up as there are only 5 parking spots at the top with which to load up. Half the time you have to wait at the bottom for a spot at the top to load up. It can take 20 minutes just to go out and eat and longer to come back. They badly need a parking garage or a better system. The owners could charge much more if they had a parking garage. Completely ridiculous!
I personally will never stay there again because of the logistics which is an absolute shame. A waste of my vacation time and will cost me another $120 to have my vehicle detailed.

Beautiful unit, property not as great
The unit was comfortable, clean and beautiful with wonderful views!!! Owners were fantastic to work with and gave some great recommendations in the area for dining spots and hikes. Wonderful spot. The condo building as a whole wasn’t quite as ideal. We had to wait in the parking lot for a while before we were allowed to drive up to unload at check in then you have to park down a ways and wait for the shuttle. After dinner one night the shuttle just drove by us 3 times and it was FREEZING. Instead of waiting to possibly be passed again we had to hike up the hill.
We’d specifically narrowed our search looking for a mountain location with a hot tub. Once again, the facility was disappointing. The hot tub wasn’t available during our stay at all. Super disappointing after a long day of hiking when it was the ONE search criteria. The pool area was incredibly over crowded and loud anyway. Seems there are too many units for the amenities available (like having to park far away).
Again, unit itself was wonderful but look into the property/building a bit to be sure it’s what you’re looking for and meets your vacation needs.

Perfect Getaway
The best condo we’ve ever stayed in while skiing Sugar Mountain- 22 years. The Owners were wonderful, answered all questions, condo was spotless and well maintained and we were just a short 5 minute walk to the slopes. We’ll try to get this condo on our next trip. Awesome experience.

One of the best places I've ever stayed!
Very clean and beautifully decorated. I stayed here for one month (June to July) while working in the Boone area -- and as a very neat and tidy person -- I felt very much at home. The kitchen is well-stocked with lots of different utensils and appliances, and the king size bed where I slept is very comfortable. The resort itself has much to offer -- sauna, steam room, indoor pool, two hot tubs, and a small workout room. Also great internet and cable TV. Oh, and the view is incredible! Gorgeous mountain views in every room, as well as a balcony with chairs. You will not regret reserving this amazing condo!
