Sobald Sie im Foyer sind, werden Sie in einen offenen Grundriss hineingezogen, der Meerblick vom übergroßen Wohnbereich mit zwei Sitzgruppen, einem Essbereich und einer High-End-Küche mit Frühstücksbar bietet. We had 5 children and 9 adults in this home and it was perfect. Having the house on the ocean was amazing! Beach chairs and the beach service is top notch. There was lots room to be together and yet space for privacy and sleeping. The home is a bit dated, but reasonably priced. It had everything you need, from lots of new beach towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials, and even though we had two minor issues, Karen and her staff, Kristi etc., did an amazing job of responding immediately, ensuring we had a great stay. You can tell Karen takes pride in her properties! I can’t wait to rebook ASAP. We have been coming to Carillon since 2006, and this trip was one of our most memorable. Thank you.

Karen was great to work with. We’ve stayed here 8 or 9 times in past 15 years and love the house and layout. We normally have at least 2 of our children so it’s very roomy. They have fixed the beach chair setups but for 3 days our chairs were 150’ from our house. We ask the beach service guys to resolve it and they did 3 days later. But this is a new group now so they’re getting it figured out.
This has little to do with Are We There Yet but The other thing, you can’t check in until 4pm and it’s been that way for several years now but check out keeps moving up and now it’s 9 am. Just be aware of the fine print 😕
As for the property, the owners have made some updates and I’m sure they’re working on some more. It’s still one of my favorite homes to stay in. Also know another big house is going up next door between the house and Walk-over.
Didn’t bother us but it surprised us.

In general everything worked. As my granddaughter put it when she first walked in the house is in “vintage” condition. Exterior is very weather worn. The stucco needs serious maintenance. The hurricane shutters have rusted thru their housings. The boardwalk is very “splintery”. No bare feet!!

Our family of five, my sister's of four and my parents had a wonderful fall break here! The kitchen is SO well stocked and labeled. Private walkway to beach, with a bathroom and shower immediately upon entrance...beach towels and toys provided. For those that this matters, it might not be the most updated home decor on the beach, but had all the amenities and we were more than happy here for our five-day visit!

Karen communicated with us clearly between booking and check in. It’s in the perfect location to the beach. It was perfect for my bridesmaids and family during my wedding (as the walkover is directly next door) Check out was early, but other than that- it was a great stay!

A great beachfront home for a family group. The kitchen is stocked well. There was plenty of room for 15 of us, and had privacy when needed. All issues were handled promptly by Karen's team. We needed an elevator for a family member and it was a perfect setup for him.

This is a great family house right on the beach with a private walkway. Beach umbrella and chairs are there for you. You can purchase more if needed. Also there were buggy boards, kids toys and a couple of folding beach chairs there.
The kitchen has everything you could need. Many supplies.
There are two refrigerators at the lower entrance.
The gas grill is easy to use and had gas!
Per family, all beds are comfortable. It is a large house so everyone had their space.
The house was very clean on arrival.
There is a large full bathroom with a great shower as you come in the house off the deck so everyone can shower before you come in the main part of the house.
There is a large screen TV in the main living area.
There is a picnic table on the porch with other chairs so you can enjoy the view.
Bring binoculars! Watching the dolphins and stingrays is so much fun.
The Carriage house was updated since the last time we stayed there. It is awesome.
We had 4 cars, and had room for more but I think the limit is 5. If you have more than 5 cars there is street parking.
There is a pool a few steps away from the home-3 houses away. Also I enjoyed the gym at the Carillon little shopping area. It was an easy walk.
I have never found a house on the beach better than this one. We have been staying at Carillon off and on for many years and we have tried all the 30 A little towns and by far this is our family favorite. As we get older going down steep steps on many of the beaches is not a good idea. The steps here are much less here than other beaches.

We had a fantastic time on our family vacation with friends last week. This property (Are We There Yet) was a perfect setup for the two of our families, and the view was breathtaking. The pictures and property description were accurate.
Being able to walk down your own steps onto the sand without any extra effort was amazing. The furnishings and such aren't the most updated out there, but that was not important to us. It was very nice, clean and had everything we needed, even beach towels. And the community and home location was perfect- close to 30A area shopping and eating. Management was very helpful and friendly when we had questions. The only thing that would have made it more perfect was if the mattresses were more comfortable-- particularly in the two master bedrooms. Being able to walk down your own steps onto the sand without any extra effort was amazing. The furnishings and such aren't the most updated out there, but that was not important to us. It was very nice, clean and had everything we needed, even beach towels. And the community and home location was perfect- close to 30A area shopping and eating. Management was very helpful and friendly when we had questions. The only thing that would have made it more perfect was if the mattresses were more comfortable-- particularly in the two master bedrooms. But that was not a deal-breaker at all-- they were fine, and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making it a great vacation for our families!

Peaceful week
We have always enjoyed Are we there yet but with the updates, like the bedding and refrigerator. But no DVD player, no local channels that we could find so we got into Netflix. Overall much better than our last stay there.
