Thank you so much. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. It was close to everything which made our stay perfect. The place was very clean and cozy. You're seconds away from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and many restaurants. No complaints at all. Only thing was unable to log into Netflix and change the language to English. Also when you click on the link for directions to the location it took us to Margaritaville but it was right next door and customer service responded right away. Happy Guests

It rained on Friday lol

When we arrived on 5/6/23 at 4pm, we found a nice, clean cozy apartment. Since we didn't have lunch, we decided to just drop off our luggage and go out for dinner. At 6pm, when we arrived back at the apartment, we noticed some insects flying around the kitchen After this, things got really ugly.

The insects turned out to be flying termites. By 8pm, when we left the apartment, the termites were in the kitchen, on the bedroom dresser and on the bed. Fortunately, we hadn't unpacked our luggage and we were able to leave quickly. I can understand that stuff happens but what in incomprehensible is the way that Designer 1 Bedroom Apartment and Booking.com handled my refund request. Since we couldn't stay at the apartment, I booked a room at a near-by hotel. I requested a full refund through Designer management that night and with Booking the next day. I was told it would take from 1 to 5 days to process. Since that night until 5/22, I've had no less then 25 text and phone conversations with both Designer and Booking personnel. I also submitted a complaint form on the Booking website. Each told me the other had to cancel the reservation for the refund process to move forward. I couldn't cancel it. There was never any follow up or update on the part of Designer or Booking until I initiated a text or call. On 5/12, frustrated with the lack of progress, I contacted my credit card company and initiated a dispute claim with them. However, I continued to initiate contact with Designer and Booking to get my refund. Finally on 5/23, I checked my credit card account and found that the full refund had been deposited into my account the day before. However, I noticed the transaction date was noted as 4/26 and the posted date was 5/22, almost a month apart. That didn't make sense because I had dealings with both Designer and Booking after 4/26 and was never informed that a transaction had been made. I called my credit card company and was informed that THEY had contacted Booking and THEY persuaded Booking to provide my refund. A happy ending but a long road to get there. The termite situation was unfortunate but the way Designer and Booking handled the refund process was horrible.

Great location, 30 second walk to the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price and value was great for this stay

There is no option for early check-in or late checkout despite the emails received. Also unable to hold bags following checkout if you have a later flight. Toilet paper was very poor quality, probably should buy your own

Very very small bathroom tv was just roku apps. Very noisy I stayed 1 night had to fly back due to a family member in hospital so 1000.00 for 1 night was high. If you left room had to wait 30 sec for door to lock we come down every 3 months will not stay here when we come back
