GRB verfügt über 3 Meilen von warmen, sandigen Strand, schönen grünen Sümpfen voller Vögel und eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre, ist aber immer noch nur wenige Minuten vom Spaß am Dock Square in Kennebunkport. Das Haus ist leicht von der Route 1A, I-95 und Portland zu erreichen. Genießen Sie eine Tasse Kaffee auf einem unserer Decks oder flanieren Sie zum Geschäft für Vorräte und dann zum Strand für stundenlanges Strandkämmen. Es gibt Gezeitenpools und vorgelagerte Gezeiteninseln zum Kajakfahren. Unser Cottage ist winzig, aber komfortabel für fünf Gäste und bietet Zugang zu einer der exklusivsten Strandgemeinden von Maine.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage on the marsh. The house has gorgeous views and a lovely backyard, equipped with a fire pit, hammock, and swing - which my kids loved. The home was very comfortable for our family of 4 and well appointed with everything you need during a week stay. The location was excellent. It is about a 7 minute walk to the beach and an easy drive to both Cape Porpoise and Kennebunkport. We would love to come back!

The location of the house is super. Nice views out to the marsh from inside… even better views from the deck. Great private location. Close walk to the beach. Not far from the iconic rocky coast of Maine and tidal pools. We hope to stay here again.

Cozy home near a lovely beach
All the amenities in a cozy home with amazing views. Great for morning runs or bike rides. Easy access to beach. They had all the beach toys and chairs for us to use. The trash situation is a little tricky since we had to keep it in the house since the critters get to it in the bins outside. That would be the only downside. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. Would love to come back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in GRB. We rented bikes and Kayaks from Kayak Excursions. We loved riding our bikes to the beach and not having to worry about finding parking! We also enjoyed kayaking right off the lower deck at high tide. The cottage was set up very nicely with great amenities like AC, Family games, Apple TV, Propane Grill Etc. Lots of thought and care went into this rental.

Fabulous stay at Goose Rocks Beach!
Our family had such a wonderful time at this lovely cottage! The views are absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed easy access to the beach and stream and kayaked several times during our stay. The cottage is equipped with everything you need- it's the perfect home away from home. Mary's recommedations were also spot on and definitely enhanced our vacation. We hope to return one day! We had a great stay at this property - it was perfect for a long weekend getaway, great to be walking distance to the beach, and close to everywhere we wanted to go in Kennebunkport!

An ideal getaway at GRB
This was a great cottage for our family. The loft upstairs was fun for our boys and we all enjoyed the big windows downstairs for a peaceful look out to the Marsh. Being that close to goose rocks beach was why we choose the place, and it didn’t disappoint. Mary was the most responsive and kind host I have ever booked with.

Picturesque Views

A wonderful retreat in a beautiful cottage!
We had the most wonderful stay at Goose Rocks beach! The well appointed cottage is a beautiful haven with the most gorgeous views of the Marsh. We loved riding bikes around the neighborhood and our daily walks on the beach. The cottage also provided a wonderful space to do some work with a fabulous internet connection. Our host was so patient and responsive to all my questions. One of the highlights was the nearby restaurant Musette! We just loved every minute and look forward to visiting again! Thank you again.

Great stay at GRB
Perfect little house. We spent wonderful evenings sitting by the marsh looking at the stars with the kids. We accessed the beach by bike, very quick and safe. Lobster pound nearby.

My Favorite VRBO!
This really is the ideal property for a vacation for a small family. The sleeping loft is huge and gives a lot of space to the kids for their indoor activities. The outdoor spaces are calm, restful, and isolated enough to really enjoy the peace of the marsh even with the cottage's proximity to the road. We loved pulling up the blinds on the two large picture windows and watching the tide come in and out of the marsh. Goose Rocks Beach (my sister lives in Maine and was shocked that there was such a lovely, sandy beach available) is such an easy bike ride or walk down the road and both the market and ice cream shop are even closer. Trips to the tourist activities in Saco and town of Kennebunkport are really convenient, but when you come home at night, you feel like you are in a different world. There is a lot of storage space for such a small home and the amenities are perfectly acceptable. The full-body shower is a nice detail. If the cottage is available, snap it up. We look forward to returning.

A Private Oasis
This property is enchanting. The house has a modern but cozy feel. A great place for bird watchers and nature lovers. We enjoyed sitting on one of the two decks or the porch to watch the tide come in and out of the marsh that surrounds the property. The beach is an easy walk right down the street. The sand is soft and it was never crowded. The whole area is gorgeous and there is lots to do. We explored the town of Kennebunkport and loved the galleries and many restaurants. I'm an artist and often paint outdoors. There was no end to the inspiring views!

The Perfect Spot
Our family had such a relaxing time at the cottage. It couldn't have been more perfect. It was so close to the beach and a wonderful selection of restaurants. Our kids loved the loft area and spent much of their time tucked away up there. We can't wait to go back.

Summer on the marsh.
Cottage was cozy and clean. Beautiful views of the marsh! Very quiet with no neighbors on either side of the cottage. Enjoyed kayaking off of the access in the backyard. Short half mile walk to the beach. Beach was never very crowded and very family friendly.

Property was beautiful.
The property was beautiful. Only thing is if you use the linens, it it hard to get 3 loads of laundry washed and dried with small stackable machines before you are expected to check out. If you had to wash all the sheets from all the beds and towels and bath mat and you woke up at 8am, no way to get that done. Next time I will bring my own sheets and towels. Then it will only take the 15-20 min I was told to fufill the responsibilities of the rental agreement. It was too much work the morning of check out and didn't feel much like vacation. The house and location were beautiful.

A Gem! Perfect place to experience coastal Maine!
What a wonderful place for our getaway! Everything we needed and wanted was provided; serene & private view, lots of unique area activities for families and couples too, beautiful beaches, cottage was well maintained and offered lots of outdoor space, amenities were abundant and it's centrally located to multiple coastal attractions if you want to explore. Sean & Mary were very attentive hosts and ensured our stay was enjoyable. We can't wait to come back next year and highly recommend this gem!
