Direkt vor dem Clubhaus können Sie die Sonne Floridas auf unserer weitläufigen Poolterrasse genießen und die zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten genießen, darunter eine Poolbar, einen großen beheizten Strandeintrittspool, einen Whirlpool, eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Maisloch, Loungemöbel, Badetücher und Sonnenschirme .

Hinter dem Pooldeck an der Florida Bay liegt unser 99-Slip-Yachthafen mit voll angetriebenen Betonstegen mit Wasseranschlüssen. Der Yachthafen wird von unseren engagierten Dockmaster und Dockhands beaufsichtigt, die Ihnen bei allen Ihren Bootsanforderungen behilflich sind. Die Belege können derzeit täglich, wöchentlich oder monatlich gemietet werden. Für Gäste, die in unseren Häusern wohnen, erhalten Sie Ermäßigungen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir im Resort keine Jetskis aufnehmen können, aber auf jeden Fall Empfehlungen für nahe gelegene Optionen geben können.

Dieses Haus liegt direkt an unserem Yachthafen und bietet einige der besten Aussichten auf das Grundstück. Es ist über 3.600 Quadratmeter groß, plus fünf Außenterrassen mit eigenem Tauchbecken und Essbereich auf der ebenerdigen Terrasse.
Es gibt drei Stockwerke und einen Aufzug, so dass Sie leicht auf jede Ebene zugreifen können. Es gibt auch eine private Garage, die Platz für bis zu 2 mittelgroße Fahrzeuge bietet.
Die zweite Ebene ist der Hauptsammelbereich des Hauses und umfasst ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, einen formellen Speisesaal, eine komplett eingerichtete Gourmetküche, die nahtlos in ein Familienzimmer übergeht, sowie einen Waschraum und halbes Badezimmer. Eines der vier Schlafzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Ebene und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Auf der dritten Ebene befinden sich die restlichen drei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben ein Kingsize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. The resort is very nice, our home was also very nice. Spending the extra month for the waterfront property is worth it. One negative is if you like to cook, the pots, pans, and knives need to be updated. You couldn't even sharpen the knives they are so bad. We didn't have sufficient cookware which was disappointing. One final disappointment is the water main broke in Marathon, affecting the water at the resort. We didn't have water for a full day, couldn't shower, couldn't flush toilets, couldn't wash hands - and because we weren't able to shower that kind of ruined our plans for the day so we had to stick around the resort. I expressed my concern to management, asked for some sort of compensation and they were unwilling to offer any sort of compensation, which is unfortunate given the amount of money we paid to stay there. We were the guests, we were unhappy, sorry it's not our fault doesn't cut it. Get some new pots, pans and knives, and the next time the water main breaks, you're in the business of hospitality - I would recommend at a minimum providing drinking water and at least ensuring your guests are happy and satisfied.

The house is beautiful and location is perfect. We went to Marathon by boat and the marina slip was located directly in front of the home. The home is perfect for large families as all bedrooms have their own bathroom and plenty of room in the main house to have your own space.

We've been staying here for four years now. Absolutely love the accommodations and service. The newly added massage therapist poolside is spectacular! Only issue our entire group had is the ultra firm mattresses, they are rock hard and actually hurt your body .

Great property with everything you need
We were a group of 2 families, 4 adults, 3 teenagers. Property is absolutely one of our favorites we have rented on VRBO (although if went again would go directly to property manager). Decor is very nice. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked - good pots and pans, sharp knives, tupperware for outings, cutting boards, etc. Nothing we needed that was not there. One bedroom is off of the kitchen so a bit hard for our teenager in the morning. 3 other bedrooms on top floor. Pool on property was great. Loved having bar open 1-7. Employees all super friendly and constantly wiping things down. Prompt responses when called with questions or texts, before and during stay. Only minor thing I would change is unit only has 1 TV in the family room which is adjacent to the kitchen. The couch fits 3 people and there are 6 bar stools. There may have been a TV in master but cannot recall. In late evening when we wanted to watch NCAA tournament games, would have been nice to have a TV in the living room with the big sectional. I love that there were not TVs in kids rooms (not that they watch TV with phones:) Or a TV downstairs on covered patio which we used for dinners 3 nights. Plunge pool was heated which was unexpected and enjoyed by all. 2 car garage has a middle post so tricky to back into. Had a Pacifica minivan and had to fold in side mirrors before could get all the way in. Any kind of big SUV would not fit. There is adjacent parking 20 ft away from front door. Very short walk to Florida Steak & Lobster, Keys Fisheries restaurants. Couple blocks to Keys News and Coffee. Publix 1 mile away. Overall, enjoyed Marathon. Lots to do. One last thing, the marina at sunset was great. There's a resident group of 4 French Angel fish at the end of the dock with the tower. Also group of 10-15 parrot fish that patroled the wall, and a nurse shark. Fun for kids to get some fish feed also on site and feed the fish at sunset every night.

This was our second stay and this beautiful resort. The accommodations are 5 Star for sure. The towels, linens, appliances and furniture are all high-end. The only thing we would like to see is a tv in the larger livingroom. It was difficult to watch tv in the room that has a small sofa that only seats 2-3 people. Everything else about the unit is fantastic!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was amazing. The marina was great. The sunset views were to die for and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We liked it so much that we booked the house again for 4 weeks and I am talking to the rest of the family to come down next summer and have a family reunion at the resort.

For the money and the space the kitchen is barely equipped to handle more than two people having dinner. For guests who actually cook, there are two ovens which is great but only two sheet pans so there is almost no point in having two ovens because you really don’t have the cookware to use them. There are three sautée pans that are medium, small, and extra small, so again, don’t try to cook for a group unless you want to use all three multiple times to get to the volume of seats provided at the dining table. There is a trash compactor which seems to be an upgrade but it’s janky at best, difficult to open and close and really provides zero benefit and just extreme annoyance for anyone especially anyone trying to cook - it should be replaced with a regular trash bin. Overall the bedrooms were great, ample fridge and freezer capabilities, and the office staff excluding the Dockmaster are super service oriented. The dock master, not at all skilled in communication or service industry. He treats you as if you’re a jerk until proven otherwise, makes a big deal in accommodating your regular or typical ask - and rides the dock staff in a way that trickles to the guests. I’ve never been harassed to go to the front desk after getting docked in my entire life of marina cruising (literally had a dock hand wait at my boat while I finished getting settled in order to be escorted to the office to check in, which was completely unnecessary for a lot of reasons and actually very offensive). Last year the dock hands, nearly like clockwork, helped us re-dock (coming back in) nearly everyday we went out - this year the dock hands helped us the first time but never again - I don’t think this is because of the dock hands but because of the dock masters style of management or lack of focus on client service. I didn’t see any of the same dock hands from last year, which is unfortunate because those guys were courteous, knowledgeable and ver

This home was well appointed and the floor plan was great for a large group. We never felt cramped and the VIEW was just wonderful to wake up to every morning. The resort is well kept and clean; we enjoyed time at the pool and the pool bar playing games. Our weekend home was absolutely beautiful! Aside from the gorgeous house, it was spotless and fully equipped. The layout was perf with 10 adults in one house, never felt crowded. The view from the back of the house is breathtaking. The resort pool was also beautiful but unfortunately not heated so we couldn't enjoy side we had a cloudy weekend,. Would've definitely loved to stay a little longer!

Aside from the gorgeous house, it was spotless and fully equipped. The layout was perf with 10 adults in one house, never felt crowded. The view from the back of the house is breathtaking. The resort pool was also beautiful but unfortunately not heated so we couldn't enjoy side we had a cloudy weekend,. Would've definitely loved to stay a little longer!

As a native-born Floridian, I’ve been to the Keys many times and stayed at various places. This was my family’s first stay at Marlin Bay and the property exceeded my expectations. Everything looked brand new - inside and out. The house was spotless, the entire Marlin Bay enclave was exceptionally well-maintained and the staff was organized and responsive from beginning to end. When we weren’t in the Marlin Bay pool, we were out on the boat we conveniently kept at the property’s marina in a slip directly next to our rental home. I’ve confidently recommended Marlin Bay to family and friends and look forward to staying again.

We had a great stay at Marlin Bay, the house had everything we needed and was beautiful. Definitely one of the nicest houses we have ever stayed at. There were a lot of families there enjoying the boating and fishing. Marina and staff were awesome. Parking was limited. I look forward to going again.

This is the best rental property that we have ever rented. Right on the water, with pool steps away. Inside, the unit is perfect. The only "issue" is that the single car garage door openings are impossible to get it. Other than that, the plunge pool, outdoor seating and table make this the perfect place for your Keys visit

This property is beautiful and perfect for a family or group of friends! Great staff and pool. Quiet if you want and night life if you want. All great!! Avoid Christmas week referred to by locals as hell week :)
