Hinter der Poolterrasse an der Florida Bay befindet sich unser Yachthafen mit 99 Liegeplätzen und voll ausgestatteten Docks aus Beton mit Wasseranschlüssen. Der Yachthafen wird von unseren engagierten Hafenmeistern und Hafenarbeitern überwacht, die hier sind, um Ihnen bei all Ihren Booten behilflich zu sein. Die Belege sind derzeit für tägliche, wöchentliche oder monatliche Anmietungen erhältlich und für Gäste, die in unseren Häusern übernachten, sind Ermäßigungen erhältlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir im Resort keine Jetskis unterbringen können, jedoch Empfehlungen für nahe gelegene Optionen geben können.
RESIDENCE # 3819
Dieses Haus befindet sich direkt an unserem Yachthafen und bietet einige der besten Aussichten auf Eigentum. Es ist über 3.600 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über fünf Außenterrassen mit einem privaten Tauchbecken und einem Essbereich auf der ebenerdigen Terrasse.
Es gibt drei Stockwerke und einen Aufzug, mit dem Sie bequem auf jede Ebene zugreifen können. Es gibt auch eine angeschlossene private Garage, die Platz für bis zu 2 Fahrzeuge mittlerer Größe bietet.
Die zweite Ebene ist der Hauptversammlungsbereich des Hauses und umfasst ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Queensize-Schlafsofa, ein formelles Esszimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Gourmetküche, die nahtlos in ein Familienzimmer übergeht, sowie eine Waschküche und ein Wohnzimmer halbes Badezimmer. Eines der vier Schlafzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Ebene und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer.
Die dritte Ebene enthält die restlichen drei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben ein Kingsize-Bett und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt auch eine günstig gelegene Frühstücks- / Wet-Bar in der Sitzecke außerhalb der drei Schlafzimmer.

The property was nice and the views were amazing. Pool heater didn’t work and took two days to get it going. Should have been tested before I arrived. Pool towel bin was full of used towels, however this was corrected immediately. Elevator was not functioning which was a disappointment with elderly guests.

I was shocked how clean the house was upon arrival. Spotless! The property managers were extremely helpful and available around the clock. It’s a lovely resort, amazing home and we would stay there again! I highly recommend the main pool area which was so chill and beautifully designed. There’s always enough room for everyone to have a seat and an umbrella.

We booked this at short notice, due to Hurricane Ian damage to our original destination. We had never been to the Keys before, and happened upon the property online. We decided to book because of the dockage for our fishing boat and house that would accommodate four adults and a child. We didn't know what to expect, but were blown away by everything there -- the luxurious home, excellent dockage/harbor, incredible service and beautiful landscaping. The pool was the nicest we have ever used, and everything was carefully maintained. There were too many extras to even mention, and the staff was eager to do anything they could to make us comfortable. We couldn't have been more pleased with our ten days there.

Having spent over 40 years from the Windward Islands to Nova Scotia on the water. Marlin Bay Resort and Marina stands clearly above a majority if not all the resorts I have ever stayed. Over the past two years I have spent nearly 4 months, at the Resort and Marina. I have used and experienced every amenity, facility, and service offering the Resort and Marina have on offer. These offerings have included the; rental of their largest home, several marina slips and boat lifts, gym, pool, spa, game room, bar, marina lounge and more. Marlin Bay‘s facilities across every offering are outstanding. The maintenance, quality, and dedication to providing guests witsuperior stay are a constant, and a high importance to the management and staff. Marlin Bay‘s management and staff throughout the hierarchy are exceptional. Shortly after the moment you arrive the entire staff including the general manager, concierge, security, dockmaster, marina staff, and landscapers know your name, are ever present,and available to support you, and your needs. Our home rental this year was for 28 days, and never once if we had a broken item, or a need for repair, or any service did we wait any longer than an hour or two for it to be addressed. We had the home cleaned 4 times and each time it was immaculate. The quality and level of service is a solid 4.8 to 5 on a 5 scale. Marlin Bay could easily attain a 6-star level rating on a 6 scale if they so desired. Our stay always includes a great deal of cooking, baking, barbequing, and entertaining. The homes are built for precisely these types of activities. The kitchens are fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, cabinetry, wine cooler, refrigerator, and box freezers one requires in such a facility. The level of detail thought out by the owners in terms of serving guests in these types of rentals is bar-none as good as it gets. The high level of service at Marlin Bay cannot be overstated.

House was fabulous. Everything we expected. They thought of everything. Property was gorgeous, well maintained, and we never had a crowded pool fighting for chairs. Our only complaint is a poor Wi-Fi signal in house. Those trying to log into work calls frequently had to go to the bar/pool area to pick up a good signal.

Very relaxing stay
We traveled with our adult children and our 1 1/2 year old grandson. The house fit 7 of us comfortably. It was clean and pretty. There was a beautiful view of a harbor that we all loved. Our grandson loved the club pool. The management was very responsive. We would book again.

The resort is beautiful, the immediate surrounding area outside the gates is definitely an area in transition. The home we stayed in was beautiful and we would stay there again. Plenty of room for all of our guests. Main living room/tv area is small not enough comfy seating for a party of 8, but that was only an issue at night if we were watching a game on tv or playing a board game. Otherwise, we were outside enjoying the sunshine. Checking in and out was super easy and texting with the staff was uber convenient. We loved the clubhouse- fitness center, game room, and definitely shuffleboard. Wish the game room was open later than 6:30. After pool and excursions and dinner it would be nice to be able to play shuffleboard or borrow a game. The hours of operation for the clubhouse were stated as 8am-6:30pm yet one night I was told while

Premier property
This was probably the top vrbo we've had. The property was excellent and the communication and service were top notch. A special shout out to Buffalo; he's all about the guests and genuinely nice guy. The marina was great. We lived having our boat right behind the house. The only con I could list was storage for the boat trailer. Not an issue if you don't trailer and it was not a surprise, the staff told us ahead of time. That said, we had no issue parking it outside the property. Thanks for a great week!

Our stay at Marlin Bay Resort & Marina (#3840) was fantastic! We had a beautiful view to enjoy while having our morning coffee or evening cocktails! Our daughter and friends joined us and there was plenty of space for the girls to hang out together, staying up all hours watching movies while my husband and I enjoyed going to bed early. We loved the pool, hanging out by the bar and walking to dinner at the local restaurants! We can’t wait to return next year!

The property is well located and is pretty nice overall. The unit is very nice! Only complaint is that there’s no garbage disposal and wished they’d have supplied some more cooking seasoning & Or oil. That said, the unit is very nice and wed stay there again.

The property is well located and is pretty nice overall. The unit is very nice! Only complaint is that there’s no garbage disposal and wished they’d have supplied some more cooking seasoning & Or oil. That said, the unit is very nice and wed stay there again.

We loved our stay at Marlin Bay Resort and Marina. The property was beautiful and staff were very professional. There were a few items I wished were different. The checkout time (10am) and check in time (4pm) were not flexible and both times were problematic. The other issue was the extremely high fee for cleaning. We were paying rack rate for the house (over $1K per night) and a $480 cleaning fee was excessive.

Our first time in the Florida Keys, and Marlin Bay, Marathan was the perfect place to be! Accommodations were superb and the staff were lovely. Always greeted with a smile and happy to help with anything you needed. Especially enjoyed Joeys company at the pool bar. Had a great wave runner ride with Big Kahuna and watched the sunset from the water - something we'll never forget. Paddle boarding and kayaking with Better Than Most. Sonesta beach for snorkeling. Key West for a day trip. Traveled with 9 of us and the 4 bedroom home was perfect. Thanks Marlin Bay for a very memorable trip. Stock up on the rosè for my return visit Joey!

Incredible facility and great customer service. The staff was extremely helpful and always there to lend a hand or answer any questions we may have. The maintenance of the facility was top notch. My family and I will definitely stay at this resort again
