This carriage house had everything we needed to a week long trip to Rosemary Beach. Alisa Was a great host and was great to communicate with. The carriage house had all the amenities you need. Was a very high quality stay! Would stay again!

This carriage house was perfect - clean, comfortable bed, beach chairs and umbrella provided (we flew in). It’s a super short walk to the beach and also to all the amazing restraints Rosemary Beach has to offer. Much more reasonably priced than other comparable carriage homes and absolutely worth it! Can’t wait to come back :)

My husband and I stayed here for a mini-vacation without the kids (who were at grandma's) and it was lovely. The place had everything we needed (plates/silverware/toiletries) and was tastefully decorated. Probably the best thing about it is the location. It's literally a few minutes to walk to the beach, and to walk to Barrett Square where there was shopping and dining. Grocery stores and even an Urgent care were all close by too! Alisa was responsive and easy to communicate with making our stay very enjoyable.

This was perfect for my husband, toddler, and I! Cannot beat the location! Perfect spot for beach and pool access, especially if toting around a young one. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. Being able to use bikes and beach gear made all the difference for us. Highly recommend.

This carriage house is in a great location. Quick walk to the beach, pool, and downtown. The host was great and quickly responds to any questions.

This was one our best VRBO stays. The host was fantastic and readily available though we didn’t need much from her because everything was already there. Easy check in/out process. So close to the beach and the restaurants in Rosemary. We will be back!

We LOVED the location of this place. It was the perfect quite apartment vibe in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved how we could walk right out of our door and grab coffee, food, and walk to the beach. It was mindblowing to us how beautiful it all was. We will definitely be back!!! ALSO we loved how cute the room was and it had everything we needed. It really was so perfect!!!

It was completely idyllic and perfect for my best friend and even my 15 year old son who didn't mind tagging along and sleeping on the couch. The location was perfect and the host was very accommodating.

The location was SO close to the beach, pool, and shops. We had everything we needed during the stay and everything was clean. We stayed as a family of three (parents + toddler) and it was just the right size for us. There is a pullout couch for extra sleeping room if needed! We even ran into the hostess while we were walking out once and she was very kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I came to Rosemary Beach for our babymoon and it was perfect! This location is prime. You’re within a 1-2 min walk to the beach and pools that you get access to are with the community passes provided by the host. It’s incredibly quiet, family friendly and beautiful! The host was accessible, kind, and accommodating. My husband and I will certainly be back.

Cozy rental fully stocked with high quality soaps, cooking supplies, nice thick towels, and any beach equipment/toy you can think of. Bigger than it seems when eating at the table on the balcony and sitting in the courtyard. My family enjoyed our stay - sad to leave!

This lovely rental checked all the boxes for us and made for a delightful trip. The host was super easy to reach and very quick to respond to any questions. As the title denotes, we will definitely stay here again and actually plan to return. It's more than obvious the host cares about the renter and has taken time to really consider their needs during their stay. There's a reason this carriage house gets consistently high scores. For those who want a little more detail: The beach is a very short stroll away, as is shopping, dining and one of the four pools. So the location is very convenient. In fact, the nearest intersection will take you to either Rosemary Beach Town Center or the beach, depending on which direction you walk. Don't feel like walking, no problem, the host includes some bicycles for you to use. The carriage house is well maintained and clean. The mattress is comfortable and the linens are nice and comfy. Water pressure in the shower is excellent (and we never ran out of hot water) and there is a full-length mirror in the bathroom, which is very convenient for checking your outfit before heading out. There are plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses. If you enjoy a glass of wine there are wine glasses as well as a wine opener. The sofa is comfortable and there's ample drawer space for putting your belongings, as well as a rack for hanging dresses, shirts, etc. The under-counter fridge is actually very useful and provides ample space. There are a number of amenities we didn't have a need to use, but I'm confident that all would have lived up to our expectations had they been necessary. In summary, it was easy giving this place 5 stars across the board.

We stayed at Alisa's carriage house again for the second time in 12 months. Its hard to beat the location that is just steps from the C beach walkover at Rosemary beach. Its a hidden gem!
