Beautiful and clean condo. Everything was perfect and as described. I’ll stay in it again for sure! 5 min walk to monorail, strip and may dining options. Great place and highly recommended.

The room was exactly as it was portrayed on the VRBO site. Excellent value ! The staff were all very polite and helpful. Our room was large with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The suite was as clean as it could possibly be. The location is superb! You can’t compare it to a regular hotel room because it’s far superior for the price!
One of the best perks of The Signature is that once you leave the bustle of the MGM Grand casino area…. It’s QUIET! There are no slot machines or gaming of any sort throughout The Signature buildings. It’s nice to be able to get away from the craziness ! Swimming pools aren’t crowded and there’s a good little breakfast/lunch style of restaurant within the complex as well.
I only had a couple of questions for Mark , the owner, and he replied within an hour or so.
Overall I recommend staying here 100% !

2nd time staying at this property. Great location. Awesome views from 23 floor. Pool was great with full bar and snack shop. Smokeless property which was plus for us. Mark was very easy-going and responded quickly to our questions. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was like having our own condo in Vegas! It felt roomy & had everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchenette & big TV. Location was great - a short walk to MGM Grand monorail stop without going out in the heat. The fitness center & Starbucks in the lobby were additional pluses. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean, everything was functional, there were plenty of extra towels, nice size fridge that worked well, the bed was comfortable, plenty of room, big shower and jacuzzi. The location is perfect - Top Golf and Wet Repiblic are liteally next door, the MGM is attached and the strip very close walking distance. I defnietly recomend this place and will book it again next time!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very easy to check in and enjoy the MGM Grand. Host was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues during the stay.

Location was good. The cleanliness of the room was not great. Stained carpets and upholstery. The small kitchenette was sparsely equipped. Also we were there for my daughters wedding. We rented 10 rooms total. All rooms averaged around the same rate. The most disappointing thing was there is a great discrepancy between rooms, which is not easily discernible. Our room was a standard hotel type room with a small kitchenette. Others, who paid about the same, got a room with a true kitchen, balcony, two separate rooms and two baths! Very disappointing since we directed everyone to this property.

This suit has a coffee maker, toaster microwave, large mini fridge (not filled with hotel for sale items) and a huge bathroom.
Scissors and cutlery were easily found as well as extra towels and blankets. This is a huge plus in Las Vegas where hotels do not like to provide any of those convenient items without a huge up charge.
Restaurant on site is good and Starbucks in Building 1 (this building) was well managed but not open all hours. Pools were lovely and had a hot tub too.
Great location to walk to everything! Subway sandwich restaurant is close if you want a budget friendly lunch.
I would highly recommend this property!

Our stay couldn't have been any better. The room was just as described, the location was great for our needs, the MGM Signature Towers were safe, secure, clean and exceptional well maintained. Mark Francis the owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Our daughter lives in Vegas and we will definitely stay in this condo again!

The check in process was easy. Valet parking was prompt and courteous. Communication with host was thorough and timely. Location was convenient to casinos, restaurants, entertainment and it was quiet. Condo was clean and adequately supplied. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay!! All was just as described…the bed was so comfy…a quiet and restful retreat once we were done with our busy Las Vegas day. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and wished we had another day or two before we had to leave…wonderful holiday!!
